"THE ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE the temperature is so hot to the point of children puking! They didn't change our towels once!we got charged us 64 euro for changing towels but they didn't even change them! The beds weren't made or changed! The service is horrible The staff is so rude even to children! We sat down to get 2 waters and a coke our total was 3700 huf we gave them 5000 huf that's all we had and they didn't give our change back ! We asked them about a refund on the towels and the he said no they did but they clearly didn't! They speak no English ! And I have a severe nut and peanut allergy and they wouldn't accommodate for me so I could have nothing at dinner at all ! OVERALL IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Příjemný personál, fantastické jídlo i ubytování. Lázně by potřebovali trochu péče. A otevření venkovních bazénku"

Napfeny Hotel ★★★

"Dirty and old fashioned. Breakfast and dinner like in a collage canteen with no variety. However staff is kind. The main elevator in front of the lobby is reserved for the staff. So called minibar is 2 waters and 2 juices thrown out to the table .. In the playroom everything works with 200 HUF."

Aphrodite Hotel ★★★★

"A cozy small hotel 🏨 in a beautiful environment with sophisticated rooms. This alone would be enough for the rating to be five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but here you can meet Anikó ❤️ from the owner/operator family! She's a wonder, and we've been coming back for years just because of her. Kind, flexible and very professional host. The food from their farm is very delicious and tasty. 🐄 🥛 🥩 🍖 🧀… Of course we will come next year! ❤️"

Villa Oliver Zalakaros ★★★

"After checking in, I waited two hours due to a power outage and was moved to a new room. They said it was a citywide power outage, but the lights in my neighbor's room were still on."
