"After checking in, I waited two hours due to a power outage and was moved to a new room. They said it was a citywide power outage, but the lights in my neighbor's room were still on."

"This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The serving and reception staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Any reasonable request was met with eye-rolling, sighing, slamming objects down, and an overall attitude that guests were an inconvenience. Despite this, they still add a service charge as if the treatment were acceptable. We stayed for 9 days and not once was our room cleaned. We had to buy our own bin bags to manage our rubbish because no one would remove it. Towels were only replaced when we specifically requested it, and even then, we were charged per towel, which we were not informed about beforehand. That was just one of several hidden charges we discovered. Parking was also charged even though there were no available spaces. The hotel was excessively hot, and the air conditioning was either not functioning or intentionally locked to “winter mode,” meaning it only produced warm air. The rooms were unbearably stuffy, and by the end of our stay, our children were feeling light-headed and unwell due to the heat. Sleep was nearly impossible. Whenever we asked for help or clarification, the response was simply “no,” without explanation or effort to assist. The overall attitude suggested that guests were expected to put up with anything without complaint. What made this worse is that we were not the only ones experiencing these issues; we heard similar complaints from numerous other guests during our stay. For the price we paid, the experience was unacceptable. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, hidden fees, and complete disregard for guest comfort. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Plenty of other hotels around the location"

"This was our 3rd consecutive year visiting this property, but it was our last. The hotel on its own is fine, but it really does cater to families with young children. If you want to relax, this is not the place for you, but if you do have small kids I would highly recommend it as there is lots for them to do. Since last year they made the stay all inclusive and we found the food quality has gone down because of it. Also, we did not realize that the thermal water which is part of the aqua park did not open until May 3rd this year so we only enjoyed it on the day of departure. If he had know this, we would have chosen another property."
