Egoiste Guesthouse Zlatibor Center ★★★★
"This accommodation is right in the bustling city center, surrounded by plenty of food and entertainment options. It's also very close to the bus station. The room was incredibly clean, with a spacious living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It's on the first floor of a standalone building with a code lock. The host was very friendly. Highly recommend!"
Vila Borova Wellness&SPA Resort ★★★★
"It's pretty good, I recommend it."
Mona Plaza Zlatibor ★★★★
"Good, good environment, traditional facilities"
Zlatiborske terrace ★★★★
"Overall, the stay was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent: the staff was polite, helpful, and eager to help with any questions. The hotel grounds and facilities were well-maintained—everything looked neat and tidy. The room met my expectations: clean, comfortable, and regularly cleaned. The restaurant left a positive impression—the food was delicious, the selection was varied, and the service was meticulous. Overall, the stay was comfortable. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."
BOR Hotel by Karisma ★★★★★
"I didn’t really know what to expect before coming, but this place completely surprised me (in a good way). The hotel itself is really красиво designed, everything feels new, clean and well thought out. My room was super comfortable, quiet, and had that “luxury but not too much” feeling. What stood out the most for me was the spa. Vassa Spa is honestly on another level compared to most places in the region. It’s very calm, not overcrowded, and you can actually relax (which is rare these days). Saunas, steam room, pool – everything was spotless and well organized. Service was also great, staff were polite and normal (not fake nice), which I personally appreciate. Zlatibor in winter is also a vibe, so that adds to the whole experience. Overall, I’d definitely come back, even just for a weekend reset."
Golden Panorama wellnes & spa ★★★★
"I’d love to give a high rating to this new, well-equipped hotel, despite its distance from the city and the ongoing construction in the surrounding area. However, the service is surprisingly poor. The rooms are new and well-appointed, even featuring an oven, kitchenware, and a TV in every room, but the service completely negates all these positives. The front desk staff won't proactively tell you anything about your room or the hotel; you have to ask. And then, at check-out, they inexplicably take a long time to figure out how the room was booked and if it was paid for. Shouldn't this be handled at check-in and reflected in the hotel's system? For some reason, the tax receipt was even issued in my daughter's name, even though I booked and paid for the room. Why is it that the receptionist at a simple, small hotel in Belgrade is significantly more professional? There are no descriptions in the room itself – absolutely no documents detailing hotel services or room amenities, what’s available, or how to use them. The TV channels don't tune in. After searching, you find an IPTV box, and you have to watch channels through it. This box is hidden behind the TV, and since the remote control is IR, you can't control the IPTV box without a direct line of sight. A regular hotel guest won't be able to use the TV. Instead of any descriptions, there's a modern approach: a QR code. It's just one link, and it leads to the restaurant menu, but without prices. You’ll be surprised by the prices in the restaurant, where a cutlet is priced per 100 grams, and its cost is close to that of a ribeye steak. But the hotel restaurant is a whole other story. The 15% discount for hotel guests doesn't make a significant difference. Access to the spa is included in the room rate (2 hours), but it’s impossible to get in because you have to book in advance, and everything is already fully booked. Besides the spa in one building, there's also a Wellness center in another, but of course, there's no information about it, and the staff doesn't mention it. And even if they did, you’d still need to book, and there are never any slots available. So, the pretty pictures of the spa and pool are just pictures that you can't actually use. Despite the rooms being new, all the hooks and holders in the bathroom are loose. The most interesting part is that in a hotel aspiring to some exclusivity, with bathrobes and slippers, the hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel dispensers in the room are EMPTY; there's only conditioner. It's quite difficult to wash yourself with conditioner. There was even a small bottle from previous guests left in the tray. The room was poorly prepared. A hotel trying to be premium having a mini-bar with extra charges is normal, but almost all hotels provide complimentary water to their guests. Not here. Water is in the fridge – 250 for a 0.33l bottle. There’s a mini-bar in the room, but no safe. There's even a built-in electric boiler for heating, but no air conditioning, meaning you can heat, but not cool. There’s a boiler controlled by WiFi, which makes me wonder how guests are supposed to use it, especially since the WiFi network with the parameters written on a piece of paper doesn't exist, and there's no hidden one either. This could have been a good hotel if not for the enormous number of shortcomings."
DINIC Apartments ★★★
Hotel Palisad ★★★★
"The attitude at the front desk is generally not very welcoming, and the processing speed is slow. The bed frame decoration in the room is made of cement walls, which is strange, like a half-furnished rough room! Facilities are outdated! The advantage is that it is relatively close to the square and easy to walk around! There are no good places to eat nearby. The first Japanese restaurant was terrible and the next pizza place was terrible too!"
Central Inn ★★★★
"One side faces the commercial street, and there's a bar on the first floor, which was a bit noisy late at night. The breakfast was good, but there's no elevator, and each floor has 26 steps! Parking is available in a public parking lot a five-minute walk away, costing 4,000 dinars per night. When we checked in, the front desk guy was worried that we'd be photographed by the police if we parked too long outside the hotel, so he helped us carry our luggage to the fourth floor. Things were worse when we checked out. The front desk lady was replaced, saying she was busy managing the breakfast restaurant and didn't have time to help with our luggage. In short, this isn't a hotel for travelers with a lot of luggage or who don't like stairs."

"When checkingin, it was said that all passports were left for about half an hour to return. We do not agree to leave the passport and the front desk can handle it immediately. It took about 10 minutes to do it. Two rooms in the family apartment. It was snowing and cold when I went. But the room radiator has not been turned on. There is an air conditioner in the living room. There is no heating in the room. The two beds in the twin bed are very small, about 80-90 cm wide. The air conditioner is also bad for a while. It is too cold to ask if the radiator can be turned on. At first, it was said that the whole building was unified. Later, I brought a heater. But there was one. Later, I reacted with Trip.com . Finally, the radiator was turned on. It's not so cold."
