"Overall the hotel liked, the big room we had a semi-luxe, the air conditioner worked well, fresh repair, new lingerie. Breakfast is normal, but the choice of 2 options. A little stressed that every morning we were asked what to do/remove in the room, I believe that daily cleaning, replacement towels adding soap, shampoo norm without a survey of the guests. The quality of the once-time champagne/gel bags for the shower(do not wash)."

"The room was deluxe "Theater" - a large room with double bed, a sauna, a shower cabin and a jacuzzi. The room is clean, the cloths, towels, slippers, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo are provided. There were glasses, two cups, a teapot, a refrigerator. The hotel has a Bazilik cafe, and the breakfast was paid immediately when the settlement was made, and also came to dinner. The taste of the dishes, the service and the interior of the cafe - at a high level! Also on the first floor is a store with a large selection of souvenir products. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Next time visiting Zlatoust, we will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you and wish you success in further work!"
