"The staff were all smiling, which made me feel good! The breakfast was also very varied! It's a pity I gave such a review. The room was generally clean, but there was a musty smell, probably from the mountainside. There was a lot of hair on the sofa that hadn't been cleaned. The children's play equipment was old and overgrown with weeds. The swimming pool, which I was most looking forward to, didn't look very clean, so I didn't dare let my child swim. It's clear that it was once a scenic spot. It's very tranquil. There's ping pong, karaoke, billiards, a sandpit, balance bikes, and a slide for children. Bring mosquito repellent!! There are small black mosquitoes everywhere."

"Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval."

"I originally booked the Taitung Naruwan Inn, but was later informed it was undergoing maintenance and was switched to the Naruwan Galaxy Hotel. This hotel has 168 rooms and a spacious lobby. The double bed in the room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The balcony offered a beautiful night view of Taitung City. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. I would definitely book this hotel again."
