The hardware is not necessarily the best, but the software is top-notch. There is a girl who speaks English at the front desk, and there are waiters who can speak Chinese in the restaurant. Communication is no problem. Before check-in, I sent an email in English to inquire about check-in and food requirements, and then there is one in the lounge. Unlimited craft beer/coffee/charcoal-grilled dumplings, and any drinks for dinner, including alcohol, very luxurious!
