"This was our second visit this year and we love it! The staff are really friendly and helpful, beds comfy, shower hot and the pool is fantastic to cool off in. The food we had was also fast and tasty. The gardens around each room are beautifully maintained and mean there is privacy also. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but you can’t have it all !!"

"We arrived without a booking and were shown available rooms by Reyaz, the friendly manager. We opted for a fan room on the first floor at the back of the building overlooking neighbouring yards with the beach visible around 50 metres away. The hotel is actually on Agonda’s Main Street but has access to the beach (shoes required though). Our room was large and clean with a big bathroom. Powerful shower with tepid water. The room got quite warm in the afternoon but we slept with the window open and were cool enough, though there is a communal balcony next to the window so you may get some noise if other guests are using it. The hotel is an interesting building with decorative balconies and painted a faded blue and yellow. It could do with a lick of paint in areas but was clean- we saw the staff cleaning every day. Reyaz was friendly and helpful and arranged a scooter and auto rickshaw for us. He also let us check out late for our night bus. We paid 1500 for the room which I thought was a fair price for a budget room a few steps from the beach when compared to the cost of beachfront rooms."
