"Really enjoyed our two night stay here. We had a sea facing room which was bright with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice and well presented. We also enjoyed reading in the lounge in the afternoon and a pre dinner drink in the bar. Friendly and welcoming staff - we will return!"

"Passed by for lunch, very welcoming at bar. Ordered food and a drink. Was really impressed with the salad I ordered until I found unwashed lettuce in it which was a little off putting as it was at the bottom of the pile of salad . I mentioned to the staff and was initially offered a refund but then the ‘system was not working’ so couldn’t ! Was accepting payments though?! Instead I was given a note saying 1 dish on the house - as it was a day trip and I’m not sure I’ll be back any time soon so was not really a refund‍♀️ - yes I did say this at the time . A different experience would have bumped up the rating as it was all 4*+ until that point"
