"If you can drive an extra 1 hour to the sister hotel Oceania then rather do. The food was good but menus not overly flexible. Our dietary requirements were not asked. Bar was not very well stocked and several items were out of stock. Room was clean and although a little dark. Outdoor shower would be great in warm weather however not practical for cooler/colder days. "

"We were in East London to attend a conference and booked at Garden Court. While the rooms, food in themselves are as we know from this hotel chain, there was an added but very unpleasant hotel amenity: ***********. They were allowed everywhere by the hotel management. They knocked on incessantly on doors i.e. not just their clientt's rooms, shouted in the corridors calling each other and even had fights and shouting matches. Despite calling reception to resolve this issue every night into the early hours, it didn't help. The *********** even came for breakfast in their almost Non-existent attire. Safe to say, stay here at own risk. Don't be fooled by the brand name."
