"The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement: Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly. Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better."

"Enjoyed early drinks in the pub, lovely atmosphere. Barman specially lit the fire for us. We went back for dinner. The food was great, (small menu) the staff super friendly. Warm and cosy pub on a very miserable rainy day. Next time we visit Hogsback we will definitely stay at the Inn."

"While we didn’t stay at the facility, we drove from Cinsta to view the animals on a safari. While they claim to have buffalo, elephants and giraffes, we saw none of the above. I’m skeptical after our experience that they have those animals on the property at all. Better off going to a reserve further away if elephants is what you are looking to see. Very disappointed in what we saw while there. They talked to us a lot about the plants on the property and have some plants GPS tagged…here’s an idea, GPS tag your animals if they are really on the property. People don’t come there to see plants."

"Average stay. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good. The area is dangerous with your typical abandoned buildings, vagrants and criminal elements throughout the area. There is no lunch or supper, which means that you have to order takeaways, or catch an Uber to take you out to a safer place. I won't be back. "
