Patio/Grill area out back is available to all units in the building.Other things to noteWe provide one parking pass to park in the Church Street lot. The Lot is a short walk from our building. We have a loading zone in front of our building for easy loading/unloading. Street parking is resident only. Metered parking is available at the top of the street. Also 2 pay to park lots at the beginning of the street typically range from $3-$20 per day. During the off season November 1 - May 31 this unit may only be occupied by up to 3 guests.
