"Facilities: Fully equipped and complete. All facilities are in use, except for the outdoor pool which is currently under renovation. Hygiene: Five-star rating. The bedding is comfortable and soft. The disposable toilet seat covers, disposable face towels, disposable toothbrushes, and toiletries are all excellent! A big plus! Environment: A quiet oasis in a bustling area. The biggest highlight is the rainforest landscaping – you don't even need to go to a scenic spot to get amazing photos. Service: They truly embody the feeling of being 'at home away from home.' During breakfast, if you stand in front of the coffee machine or toaster for more than 10 seconds, a staff member will come over and ask if you need help. Finally, I don't have to wander around like a lost child looking for assistance!"

"I booked a room with a terrace through Trip.com, but was assigned a different layout. However, the owner was very gracious and compensated me, so I'm very satisfied. Although they didn't speak any English, they tried their best to help me using a translation app, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, right in the ancient town. It was a shame that they didn't offer breakfast."

"This trip was a self-driving tour with my parents, and we stayed in a family room. It was quite spacious for three people, and the facilities were relatively new. The price was very reasonable for the May Day holiday period. The gym equipment was quite comprehensive, and the breakfast had a good variety, although I was a bit disappointed there was no congee. They also offer special services like shuttle transfers, late-night snacks, and tickets to the Tea Exhibition Garden, but I didn't use them, so I can't comment much on those."

"The room was very clean and the facilities were great. The makeup mirror was a nice touch. Overall, the butler service was satisfactory, always answering my questions. The only minor downsides were that the facial mask felt a bit dry, as if it had very little moisture, and the dispenser in the bathroom really needs to be replaced soon as it's quite inconvenient. Also, for the toilet flush buttons, I'd suggest putting a reminder on the wall, otherwise, it's not easy to figure out how to use it the first time."

"Came here after spending three days in Xishuangbanna. I chose this hotel primarily for its location. The entrance is small, but the facade decor is quite nice. However, there are a few things I really didn't like: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. On top of that, there were wood-knocking sounds in the middle of the night, coming from what sounded like an attic. The rhythm was very consistent, with several sets of knocking. I barely slept the first night. 2. There was a disposable toilet seat cover next to the toilet with a sign saying it was for-pay use, but the bathtub cover didn't have a similar sign. Either don't provide them at all, or charge for both, or make both free. 3. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional and in need of systematic training. Their service felt inconsistent and chaotic. 4. The breakfast selection was limited, and tables weren't cleared promptly. When I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM, there were no seats available except for the high stools at the bar. 5. There aren't many hotel options in Pu'er. I'd suggest sticking with chains like Ji Hotel or Home Inn. Paying so much for this hotel just isn't worth it."

"The room is relatively large but the location is not very good, it is a bit far from the downtown area! The most satisfying thing is that a free car wash is provided. The car is cleaned and the self-driving people are in a good mood! The hotel shower has a lot of water, which is praised! Pu'er said to the old, did not find anything delicious, most of them are not used to eating, there is that Currie is not bad, like the more simple countryside to drink coffee ☕️ In addition, the online red Zhang Jidou Tommy Dry and Yang Ji Sour Vinegar Rice Noodles, if the queue is very long, it is really unnecessary! Very general!"

"Staying at the Muyun Garden Hotel during my trip to Pu'er was such a delightful surprise! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around and explore. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the lush courtyard filled with blooming bougainvillea. Koi fish swam freely in the pond, and the air was fragrant with the scent of tea and flowers. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary freshly ground coffee, ancient tea, and snacks, which were incredibly soothing after a long day of sightseeing. The service was absolutely perfect; the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and happy to answer all my questions. They even proactively offered local travel tips, showing great attention to detail. The comprehensive family-friendly facilities kept the kids entertained, allowing the adults to relax. It offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pu'er!"

"This homestay should be newly opened soon. The decoration is relatively new and the whole house is smart. The experience is excellent. The boss is very enthusiastic and the staff service is very thoughtful. The aunt who cleans the room is also very good. I can drink the coffee made in the store all the time. I walked into the window of the room and looked very good. Comfortable, especially after the rain, the boss also recommended a place to eat nearby. The taste of Hemu is really super! It is a very tasteful boss hahaha. If I can come to Pu'er next time, I will definitely come back here again! I will recommend it to my friends who love to travel!"

"My family member suddenly developed hypoglycemia and couldn't travel with me. I contacted the owner early this morning to check in before the high-speed train, and they managed to arrange it as soon as possible, which gave me a very positive first impression of Pu'er (thank you so much to the owner!). After a stroll in the evening, I discovered the small rooftop balcony, a perfect spot to sit and relax. I even encountered several kittens in the courtyard, which was delightful. The room was very clean. It's just a few hundred meters from the high-speed train station. If I ever have the chance to come back to Pu'er, this is definitely my first choice! 🙋"

"The room was nice. We arrived in Pu'er at 10pm and there was a receptionist at the hotel entrance to help us with our luggage and put us in the elevator. Check-in was also very fast. The hotel is located in the center and it is very convenient to go there. In the evening, the hotel staff also helped us heat up the food we packed back. Thank you very much! The breakfast was also good. The children were very happy after staying for 2 nights. After checking out, the front desk lady also gave us a bag of drip coffee. The service was very good. The whole house is also smart. Not bad, not bad, I will choose this hotel again in the future!"
