"As a newly opened business hotel priced at over 300 yuan per night, there were no major issues overall. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they even gave me a bag of snacks when I checked in. Plus, there are many well-known local restaurants nearby, making dining and sightseeing quite convenient. However, I believe the following areas could be improved:
1. The toilet flush button was incredibly hard to find. I spent a good five minutes examining the toilet before locating it.
2. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There weren't many local snacks offered, and the taste wasn't ideal.
3. Room cleanliness needs improvement. It seems the staff rarely vacuum the floors; there was noticeable granular debris along the seams between the carpet and the floor. If I were staying at a five-star luxury hotel, I would definitely be raising this issue with them."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We were on the 27th floor, so had a beautiful view with the ocean and turbines setting a lovely scene. The room is very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed.
The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the beach and a lovely beach club with live music.
The service was fantastic. There is no front desk, so it is self check in, but the manager came to pick us up from our car and take us directly to our room. He also recommended a great hot pot restaurant for dinner, which we really appreciated.
It was a lovely experience

"It was already time for dinner when we arrived at the B&B. We ordered a seafood set meal and cold drinks. It was really delicious. The seafood was fresh and the quantity was large. We were very satisfied and finished all the food. The tatami in the room is very comfortable, the floor is super clean, and I like the simple style. Will recommend to friends."

At Haolaizai the staff are very kind and are always eager to help. They had ordered food for us and also helped with getting a taxi to the destination.
The room was absolutely amazing with a protector we were able to watch many movies and the bathroom was very relaxing and modern. I would totally stay here again

The room was well soundproofed; during our stay, a group of children came, and we could barely hear any noise. The location is great; shopping areas and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel even has a robot delivery service, so I ordered takeout for my child to experience it 😂.
The hotel was clean and tidy, very spacious, and even had a small desk, convenient for my child to study and check in tomorrow.

The right choice! If you want to surf, it is really convenient to live here. You can observe and take a shower at any time. The beach at night is also very comfortable, a very relaxing experience. Containers have some limitations, but are adequate for short trips.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. It is very close to where I want to go and it is easy to get a taxi! The front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I came in, which was very nice. They also patiently introduced the room types and some local characteristics to us. The room was what I wanted, very big and clean. The point is that it does not have a KTV, which is very suitable for people like me who are on business trips. They are also a business hotel and the breakfast is also more varied. Overall, this hotel is worth recommending

Guest User當時看了環境不錯就定了這裏 情人谷外圍環境確實不錯 不過下樓梯太要命了 行李多非常不友好 也沒有工作人員問需不需要幫忙搬行李 大堂到情人谷距離也是不近的 第二天還是選擇開車到大堂去退房 第二天早起還遇到一衹小強 嚇死我了 大堂邊上有泳池住宿可以免費游泳這個挺好的 總體：1衞生還需要過關 小強真的好大一衹2工作人員可以熱情些 沒電梯的地方可以幫忙搭把手搬點行李

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in Happy Island and the sanitation is very good, but the opening time of the hotel restaurant is completely unreliable. I asked the time. Every day, I called it when I was timed. It was still closed. Most of them were completely  and there were not many restaurants nearby that could deliver food.
The front desk customer service was very friendly. There were activities going on when we went, so many facilities on the island were not open, but the overall experience was not bad.

Guest UserThe hotel is inside a resort, but this room type is at the far end. It takes a five- to six-minute walk to the beach. Overall, it's okay and the sound insulation is good. Hygiene is acceptable. Breakfast included will be delivered to the room around 8:30 in the morning. People in Zhangpu are quite enthusiastic. There are fewer people now and it is difficult to take a taxi in the resort. The hotel owner introduced the taxi contact information. This room type has a partial sea view, but you still need to walk to the seaside to watch the sunrise.

The experience of RV accommodation is very novel. It is suitable for a family or a group of friends to go on vacation. Because I am not clear about some facilities of the RV, I asked the hotel customer service several times, and they came to help us quickly. Great. When the RV comes out, there is a children's paradise and a large grassy area. It is very suitable for children to come along with the movie. It is a pity that I couldn't take a photo with the pony due to the time problem. Bring your own food, water and pots and pans will be better, book the hotel's barbecue package is also a lot of things
