GGuest UserThe hotel receptionist made a mistake with my bill and emailed me to demand payment. Even after I emailed her to double-check, she still insisted I pay. This was infuriating! Since communication in Europe is strictly email-based, having to deal with emails and phone calls while traveling is incredibly hassle. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to recheck and cancel the bill.
The course experience was okay, and the brunch was excellent.

DdfruizIt really surprised me. Although it is true that in Mallorca rare is the accommodation that is not of quality, this has exceeded my expectations. It is located in front of the port with orientation east, so you can see the morning by your window. The apartment had everything necessary for a pleasant stay: private bathroom, microwave kitchen, large and comfortable bed, a large balcony with a table, four chairs and two tubs, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

日本からの便で夜中到着でしたが24時間チェックイン可能なため、受付にてホテルマンが対応してくれました。
ホテルはオールインクルーシブなため、朝食、昼食、夜食に困りません。モーニングのチュロスをチョコレートにディップするのが最高なので是非試してください。
ホテル周辺に食事ができるレストランが少ないため、ステイ中はホテルで食事を取ることをお勧めします。
滞在中はプールサイドにて過ごすことがメインとなりますが、プールでのイベントが一日中行われているため、全く飽きないです！むしろ最高でした。日によってアクティビティは変わりますが、私たちが滞在していた日程では、10時からプールがオープンするため、少し前に行ってプールに近い席を確保しました。そして自由参加のsupヨガに参加して汗を流した後にプールへジャンプ。最高。
次にプールエクササイズに参加。こちらも自由参加でゆっくりとしたエクササイズ。最高。次にプールアクティビティで音楽に乗って激しめのエクササイズ。最高。ここまででクタクタだっため、夕方に行われた水球大会はプールサイドから観覧していました。こちらも自由参加でたくさんの人が参加されていました！なかなか見応えがあって楽しそうで次は是非参加したいと思います。
オールインクルーシブなため、基本は食事やドリンクに困りませんが、ビーチサイドのカフェテリアでは2〜4ユーロで美味しいジェラートが売っていたため2回購入クオリティも高くとても美味しかったので、是非購入をお勧めします！
日本人スタッフの方もいらっしゃり日本語で教えていただき大変助かりました！近くに歩いて15分ほどで行ける綺麗なビーチもあり、プールもビーチも満喫できて最高でした！
次も絶対に泊まりたいホテルとなりました〜♪
