"The room was excellent, facing the sea and allowing for sunrise views. We booked a half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent value for money. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were to return to Mallorca."

"Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. "Everything about this hotel was excellent! Clean, friendly staff and great facilities! A highlight of ours was the rooftop pool. It felt exclusive. We opted for the bed package including drinks and snacks. Great location. Food choice at breakfast was superb!"

"We stayed in a superior triple room, such a stunning view and the whole hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly and we felt very welcomed! The main pool is lovely, the only thing I would say is that I saw on the pool rules that you can’t reserve sun beds, yet many people left towels on them all day and you never saw them until late afternoon, which isn’t fair on everyone. Nothing against the hotel at all, but if you want a sunbed, you need to reserve one in the morning!"

"Amazing location.Opposite Katmandu Park.Near shop Aldi Teddy and a lot of cafe .Very comfortable bed.Clean apartment.Friendly staff.Few minutes away from the beach."

"It was overall a good experience, the only problem was the nights! The window top of the bed didn’t have any proper curtains and because of that the room was too bright. Reception and employees were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous."

"Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community. Very welcoming staff, very clean. Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park."
