GGuest UserThis lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

TtravelooorVery clean and spacious room with high ceilings and loft bed. Great for group travellers / families. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. And water pressure for shower is good. Location is very good and next to old town, shops, restaurants, and the lake. Self managed apartment style residence so there is no front desk or reception. Be sure to get check in details from property before arrival to ensure smooth check in. Overall I enjoyed my stay

GGuest UserVisited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.
