Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

The stay was really comfortable. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and had good balconies to it. The swimming pool is good and the property has ample parking. Thee k food is average but then you have lot of good places to eat just outside the resort.

(1). No id proof was asked on arrival. (2) no entry in the guest register was made nor any form was filled. (3) very congested family room. (4) very hazardous, surrounded by clutter, wooden structures and no fire fighting equipments are placed to handle any untoured incidence of fire. (5) very limited parking. (6) no cleaning of passages and the room, bathroom etc.
