Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel. It offers serene peace and delicious food by the lakeside at pichola, right in the heart of the city. Itâs conveniently located, with easy access from surajpol and chandralok. If i had to rate it, itâs a 5-star experience! the hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were very kind. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the food was fantastic. Iâm thoroughly satisfied last but not the least host mr danish is amazing gesture and attitude very warm welcome by him. Truly amazing

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldnât take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for Ă la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner â both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, itâs a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (canât remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said itâs for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didnât fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.Â
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because itâs not our mistake.

GGuest UserAbsolutely love the hotel. Santhosh has been very helpful and provides excellent service. Itâs right inside city palace and has the most amazing lake view. Highly recommended! The room we stayed in was so beautiful and comfortable we extended one more night.

GGuest UserVisted with family. Location is good but far little bit from all tourist spot but it's ok when you have a good hotel.
I have major issue with my room lock which was not getting open with room whereas every time someone should come and open my room whenever needed.
This incident made me discomfort and we are not going to hotel for discomfort. Rest everything was good like Cleanliness, Food, rooms, interior etc.
