Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. "Rosa (VNA205)", 2-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine).
