"Due to a flight delay, we barely made it to the hotel's designated reception opening hours (which only last until midnight). When I received the flight delay notification at 5 PM, I saw the contact number provided by the accommodation, but due to my limited language skills, I could only contact them via email about my potential delays. I sent an email at 5:30 PM, but didn't receive a response until my arrival (around 11:50 AM), and I had no way of confirming whether I could check in. The whole process was quite stressful, rushed, and stressful.
