Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it.
