There is also an expansive walk in closet that has a window and could be used for a child who needs to stay close to their parents (we have an extra twin bed and a pack n play that can be brought to this space upon request).Downstairs has an open floor plan with an extra large kitchen island, a playroom with toys, books, and games, and a dining room that seats 8. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds and one bunk bed room), a full bath with tub and shower, and a large half bath and laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer. The yard is completely fenced and secure for pets with a slider leading out from the dining area.There is a smaller “apartment” type unit attached to this house that is available to rent separately if you have a larger group. The Moxie Harris House is within blocks of the University District (1.2 miles away from Matthew Knight Arena, 1/2 mile from campus), & features a modern home with stylish higher-end furnishings.
