Inside the second floor 690sqft studio, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed and a modern bathroom with an in suite washer and dryer. The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa, smart TV with cable, and internet. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and dishes to whip up a delicious meal.Start your morning watching the sunrise just over the sound viewable from the front of the unit and outdoor areaway. For your convenience, we provide all linens, towels, and toiletries. You can pull right up to the steps of the building to unload and there are many areas to park including behind the building (my everyday go to), in front, street, and a huge new city parking lot 1 block away.
