That small gesture really made the experience feel special and welcoming The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Truly a place that values its guests. I also made a mistake with my reservation and could not refund (it was through Trip.com), and manager offered me free meals in compensation for my added costs. That was a nice touch; other hotels might not have done anything."

"The Hotel Maxx is under new management. Everything works. We have hot water and enough water to flush the toilets, even on the 5th floor. The hotel is clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Chef provides excellent meals that are not too spicy for western pallets. "
