"We visited your hotel for dining only and were not staying at the property, as we are locals. While the food and overall service were good, we had a very disappointing experience regarding the payment process. The waitress mistakenly charged double payment from the same table. When we requested a refund back to the same card, she declined and said it could not be done. Instead, she insisted on giving me cash back while keeping the payment taken from my guest’s card. This situation was extremely disappointing and embarrassing for us in front of our guests. We were not expecting such unprofessional handling from a renowned 4-star hotel. We hope management looks into this matter seriously and ensures this does not happen to other customers in the future."

"No hot water, lots of cockroaches (killed several), windows couldn't be opened, no ventilation at all. Chicken fried noodles 490, pizza 500 – I don't understand these prices, there should be a big price difference between the two. When leaving, I asked if there was a taxi to the station, they quoted 500 for 3 kilometers, too lazy to bother, so I paid. Then I got a call saying it would cost 800, so I hailed a tuk-tuk and left. The Ctrip booking showed a Western-style buffet breakfast, but there were no guests, no buffet, just random local food – maybe a fried egg and a sandwich could be considered Western? I had stomach problems for the first two days, but was fine afterwards, so I can't say for sure. It just so happened that there was the 26 apps incident, I wasn't allowed to leave for two days, so a cheap hotel is better – I could come and go freely. Here, I had to wait for security to unlock the door."

"Terrible hotel. We've moved rooms 3 times due to sewerage system not functioning. The bathroom windows have no glass or fly wire so mosquito's are an issue and the fan in the room doesn't work and it's close to 40Deg C during the day. Deplorable. And the staff are slow and un professional. There are other hotels near by. Will be taking our business elsewhere."
