GGuest UserThe whole stay experience was directly given to a ””. The staff was super enthusiastic and attentive. They recommended us delicious and affordable fried skewers of milk tea, and several fun and beautiful attractions. They left and gave a souvenir. In addition, the hotel environment is also very good. I can't imagine that there is such a beautiful hotel hidden in a small town. The surrounding area is relatively biased. Others are very good. If you come to Donglan County to play, I strongly recommend everyone to stay here. ꈍᴥꈍ

LLinweizhiCome to Yaowangtianxia to have fun on March 3rd. The hotel has ethnic characteristics. You need to take the elevator to check in on the second floor. Cars can also drive up directly. I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. It is right in front of the check-in photo spot of the scenic spot. I was shocked again when I entered the room. It was such a big room😆
Take a shuttle bus at the entrance of the scenic spot to Geyas Valley to see the cave. It is very big and beautiful. The plank road has been repaired and you can take the elderly and children to walk around. It is not difficult.
I would like to say something special! The row of snack bars at the entrance of the scenic spot are all delicious! We bought roast meat, fried rice, and roasted chicken legs, and none of them were bad. It was the first time I was late for something cheap and delicious in the scenic spot. You can try it!
I was satisfied with the overall stay this time. I recommend it!

GGuest UserI stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out.
When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all.
Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk.
I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change.
When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible.
It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime.
There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk.
Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert.

Originally booked a three-bed room, because it was oversold, the boss's solution was particularly refreshing and enthusiastic. He helped us upgrade to two river view bed bathtub rooms for free. The space was spacious and bright. When we woke up, we could face the beautiful red water river view and the view was absolutely amazing. The whole house is smart and small, and the living is convenient and comfortable. It is especially comfortable to stay for two nights.
7:00-10:00 Free breakfast is provided on the 11th floor, with a rich variety and super satisfying food. Sister Huang must be emphasized, sincere and enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful service, and feel at home.
It is correct to come to Tianzhu to see the blue knife fish. The price/performance ratio and experience are full. I will definitely choose the beautiful scenery next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThis is a very unique hotel, truly built on the edge of a sinkhole cliff. The rooms are quite large, with a classic, antique feel, and the cleanliness is acceptable, except for one pillowcase with yellowed stains and hair. Staying in Building 5 offers a direct view of the sinkhole's ceiling, but getting from the parking lot to the room requires walking down two or three flights of stairs. The staff helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, and several staff members I encountered were very friendly. The Ctrip package includes Changsheng Cave (an underground karst cave), which is worth seeing. However, the entire scenic area involves going up and down stairs, making it unsuitable for tourists with mobility issues.

GGuest UserAt noon, room 302 did not say that it was a room on the first floor. After arriving at the room, I asked to change the room on the second floor. The sister at the front desk hesitated. She stopped to say a few words next to her. Later, she said that there was no room (actually don't want to trouble). The second floor we lived on was more than 7 o'clock. We were unwilling to carry large bags and small bags on the second floor. We wanted to change to the first floor and said that there was no room. There was definitely no room at night. The room was not soundproofed. The second floor was very thin. The upstairs was very clear. The hairy children upstairs were squatting until 12 o'clock. Our family didn't sleep well. Bad review! !
No wonder the online reviews are not good, and there are reasons. Local private enterprises (Danquan hotels) must not have strict star hotel management, and there is no psychology for customers.
But the environment is really good, there is a free bonfire party in the evening. Staying in the store to buy a cave, Yuwangzhai pass is 10 yuan cheaper than the ** and Trip.com bought.
