The special experience is that the door lock is broken and the house is locked. The staff can't open it when they come. They call the lock master and ask the staff if they can change the room. They reply that the lock is repaired and there is no need to change it. Later, it is really not repaired. We will change to another head of the house. It was very disturbing to encounter this kind of thing during the trip. We proposed that the accommodation fee should be discounted, and finally it was a hundred yuan less, and it was just like this. The reputation is getting worse and worse. Fast money is easy to earn, and it is difficult to continue to earn money. Such service attitude is far from the standards expected of a star-rated hotel. We hope the hotel can strengthen the training of the catering team, especially the managers, in service awareness. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and rooms, but the catering service definitely lowered my overall impression!
