Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

The facilities are complete, clean, hygienic, and the environment is beautiful, with first-class service.

This trip was particularly lucky. I booked the Milk Dad Apartment and the overall experience exceeded expectations. The location of the apartment is excellent. It takes not long to walk to the beach. It is very worry-free to take the children for a leisurely walk. The room is fully furnished, equipped with a washing machine, and there is plenty of space to dry after washing clothes. No matter how much laundry is changed with the baby, there is no need to worry about it. The living is comfortable and convenient.

The family's short trip to this home-like selection for the Dragon Boat Festival, is too satisfied as a family with a baby! The lobby is always equipped with a variety of drinks, ice cubes are always available, and summer travel artifacts are available. The rooms are clean and transparent, the details are warm, and the children's supporting supplies are all available. The room is full, the family activities are not crowded at all, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is online, and the children's lunch break is completely undisturbed. The public area is clean and refreshing, the staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is quick and easy. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and it is convenient to travel, eat and live. It is very convenient to see the sea or visit the city. The corridor connecting to the toilet is quite spacious, and there is a double-sided mirror. The sliding door is made of good material, aluminum alloy, and the workmanship is quite good. In the morning, I saw the staff who took care of the room carefully putting new sheets under the mattress.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Facilities: Very new and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Very satisfied, professional. This was the best service we experienced in Weihai, and they even offered complimentary fruit. Environment: I have to mention this. We brought our child for a summer vacation and were a bit disappointed with Xianghai initially; the public beach was crowded and chaotic. We spontaneously took a taxi here because this hotel has a private beach nearby, which finally gave us that true vacation feeling. Here's what we loved: 1. The beach is less crowded early in the morning, perfect for taking photos of an empty beach. 2. You can buy sausages at the supermarket to feed the seagulls. 3. Lao Xi Seafood Restaurant was exceptionally delicious – the best we had in Weihai, we ate there twice!

This holiday experience is perfect! The hotel is in a great location, with a delicate beach and azure sea when you go out. You can welcome the first sea breeze by pushing the window in the morning. The front desk lady Shushu gave us an upgraded sea view room. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is fresh and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. The service is impeccable, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the rooms are cleaned in time and meticulous. The pool is crystal clear and very suitable for family outings. The most pleasant surprise is the restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, the cooking is authentic, and every mouthful is the taste of the sea. In the evening, I have a drink in the room and watch the sunset dye the red sea. Highly recommended to all friends who yearn for sunshine, beach and relaxing holidays!

Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for.

The room condition was great, and the service was warm and attentive. I asked for a few bottles of mineral water, and they were delivered very quickly. The only issue was the smart toilet remote control wasn't working and needs to be repaired. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the children's play area is nice. There's a good variety of seafood for the hotpot, and the service was excellent. Overall, I had a very good experience, and the surrounding environment is lovely.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the zoo.
