It was my first time to eat seafood here until I was full. It was my first time to see Haihai Lake (Phoenix Lake). Chishan is also very beautiful, but you can see Chishan from the room! "Had some free time, and my child wanted to see the swans, so we came to Rongcheng. I felt that the Hampton by Hilton Rongcheng is perfectly suited for families with kids! The room was spacious and tidy, and the bathroom had a convenient dry/wet separation design, so we could get ready in the morning without bothering each other. The bedding was soft, especially the mattress, which was very comfortable. The room was wonderfully warm; after a day out, it was cozy and comfortable to return to, so I didn't have to worry about my child catching a cold. My child slept soundly. The staff were incredibly patient with children, and the breakfast included special kid-friendly snacks. Free parking was easy, as they registered our license plate number upon check-in. The front desk also offers free luggage storage. When we checked out, the ladies at the front desk gave my child some snacks and a small toy. Since it was cold, the staff even brought us warm mineral water that had been heated – truly thoughtful and considerate! Traveling with a child was completely stress-free throughout. A perfect experience! 👍🏻👍🏻"

"The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but the environment is very quiet, the four households in the single house have elevators, and the sound insulation is very good. The back door has a beach suitable for walking after dinner. On the day of check-in, we lent us sand digging tools. The children were very happy. The children twisted their feet on the second day of the stay. The housekeeper, Ms. Zhang Xiaowen, sent ice bags and ointments intimately, and was very moved in time. There is a Kowloon City Shopping Plaza nearby suitable for eating, which is equivalent to Wanda Plaza. When you go out to play for a day, you are tired and hungry, there is paradise."

"Parking is convenient, the hotel is easy to find, and the sanitation is acceptable. There's fruit and plenty of water in the room. Breakfast ends at 10:00, but if you go by 9:30, there's basically nothing left. I especially want to commend the front desk lady. One evening, quite late, I suddenly remembered I forgot to bring a package up, but my child was asleep, so it was inconvenient for me to go down and get it myself. I called the front desk, and the lady was very helpful and delivered it to my room within a minute. I'm so grateful to her. (She has a thin, oval face and glasses.)
But!! Let's be honest, here are some negatives: couldn't the maid clean the room later? We stayed for three nights. On the first day, there was a knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. for cleaning. I tolerated it and let the maid in. Since I was still washing and putting on makeup, I only let them take out the trash. I didn't pick up anything else. Because I went to bed late that night and wanted to sleep in the next day, I didn't want to get up early. To prevent them from knocking on my door so early to clean up, I deliberately hung a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. As a result, around 9 o'clock the next day, they still knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean up. Oh my god, can't they see the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door?! I was speechless! I was really angry! I was really convinced!"

The front desk staff enthusiastically upgraded my room, making my stay even more comfortable. The bedding was lovely, and the room's amenities were top-notch.
When I opened the door, sunlight filled the room, and I could enjoy a distant sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I received welcome fruit upon check-in and a fridge magnet when I checked out.
I regret not being able to experience the hotel's breakfast buffet this time, but I hope to next time! There's a large supermarket and many restaurants next to the hotel, and if you have time, you can also ride the Ferris wheel.

"I booked two sea-view rooms, and the front desk kindly arranged for us to have adjoining rooms with ocean views. The rooms were equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a fully smart toilet, making the overall comfort level very high. We also received complimentary Weihai specialty souvenirs. The hotel has a kids' play area, a gym, and a laundry room, which are all very convenient, and the kids' play area has long opening hours. Right downstairs from the hotel is the seaside train, which gets quite crowded, but it offers a great opportunity to admire the sea up close."

The owners and their parents at this guesthouse were incredibly kind. They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

Giles ChaplinCheck-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach.
Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm.
All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

The beach is incredibly close and wonderfully uncrowded. Kids had a blast finding small crabs and shells while digging in the sand, making for a really relaxing experience. All hotel terraces offer direct sea views, and the resort grounds are very quiet, making it perfect for families. The guesthouse reception even lends out sand-digging tools, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. When it rained on our second morning and we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, they thoughtfully delivered it directly to our room. Electric scooters are available for rent right outside, which you can ride directly to the Bruce shipwreck, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the entire route.

There's not much to complain about. The location is excellent, though I booked late and the location wasn't the best. The hotel restaurant has a direct view of Bruvis.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness could be improved; the showers were a bit dirty.
Service: Service was acceptable. They even turned on the lobby lights for us when we went out to take pictures of the snow late at night.
Facilities: To be honest, the facilities need significant improvement. First, there's no direct access to the second floor; you have to go to the third floor first, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. There was no staff to help with luggage when checking out. Second, during the off-season, many doors were locked. You had to contact staff to leave, but there was no dedicated butler to respond promptly, which was quite troublesome.

Extremely satisfied! This established five-star chain hotel offers a premium and sophisticated experience with guaranteed quality. The service is warm and thoughtful. We were upgraded to a sea-view room with a large window facing the beach and ocean, and the facilities were comprehensive and high-end. The cleanliness standards were absolutely impeccable, truly excellent! The hotel is located within the Xianghai Resort, and the surroundings are also very pleasant. There's an outdoor hot spring just a hundred meters away, though unfortunately, we didn't get to try it this time. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, fitting perfectly with a five-star resort's positioning. We'll definitely be back with the family in the future!

You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day.
