Choosing the Jiulongcheng Swan Hotel's family room was hands down the smartest decision of our trip! As a themed hotel primarily catering to families, it perfectly hit all the right notes for parents traveling with kids, from its location and room setup to the thoughtful service details. The 4.8-star rating is truly well-deserved. The family room design is incredibly thoughtful, keeping both kids happy and parents relaxed. We stayed in a 43㎡ themed parent-child family room on the 3rd floor, featuring a Peppa Pig theme. The room layout was excellent, with a king-sized bed complemented by a separate children's bed, ensuring ample space for a family of four. Kids even get their own toothbrushes. The cleanliness was impeccable; not a speck of dust in the corners, and disposable toilet seat covers were provided in the bathroom. The hotel is nestled within Sakura Lake Sports Park, meaning a 1-minute stroll takes you straight to the lakeside promenade. We enjoyed morning bike rides with our child, evening sunsets, and even spotted swans in the lake during winter. The hotel provides swan feeding materials – two bags of corn kernels. Right across from the hotel entrance is a shopping mall, which was super convenient. We picked up souvenirs and Weihai local specialties at Jiajiayue Supermarket. The mall also offered arcade games and clothing stores. Transportation was hassle-free too; it's only 6.3 km from Rongcheng High-Speed Rail Station. By booking in advance, we enjoyed complimentary business car pick-up and drop-off. Fresh welcome fruit was provided daily. There were warm drinks available in the lobby, a nice touch. Upon check-out, we even received a parting gift bag filled with snacks, fruit, and mineral water. Children under 1.2 meters also eat breakfast for free. The 270° panoramic view buffet breakfast restaurant is a must-visit! With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, we could enjoy our meal while watching the swans. Our only minor quibble was that some facilities showed a little age, but this didn't detract from our stay at all. Room service was prompt and responsive to our requests. We're already planning another visit this summer.

Parking is convenient for self-driving tours. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiasm, seriousness and efficiency of the lobby staff. The room was spacious and clean, with 6 bottles of free drinking mineral water, and the service was sincere! The breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, it was cost-effective.

We had a great family trip here! 🌊 The B&B is located right inside the Jinshawan Art Park, so the sea is literally right outside the door. The sunset in the evening was absolutely beautiful. It's also super convenient for getting to Chengshantou and Shendiaoshan by car. We even got an upgrade to a sea-view room for one night, and the ocean views were spectacular. The staff were very attentive. Downstairs, there's a rocky beach where we could do some simple clam digging, and the kids had a blast climbing around on the rocks.

The GSM (Guest Service Manager) was excellent! Initially, we were given the wrong room (we booked a sea-view room but got a garden view). However, they actively communicated and negotiated with us, eventually upgrading us to a better room type, along with welcome fruits and homemade yogurt. The upgraded suite was great – spacious, well-equipped, and with a fantastic sea view 👍🏻
