"Had some free time, and my child wanted to see the swans, so we came to Rongcheng. I felt that the Hampton by Hilton Rongcheng is perfectly suited for families with kids! The room was spacious and tidy, and the bathroom had a convenient dry/wet separation design, so we could get ready in the morning without bothering each other. The bedding was soft, especially the mattress, which was very comfortable. The room was wonderfully warm; after a day out, it was cozy and comfortable to return to, so I didn't have to worry about my child catching a cold. My child slept soundly. The staff were incredibly patient with children, and the breakfast included special kid-friendly snacks. Free parking was easy, as they registered our license plate number upon check-in. The front desk also offers free luggage storage. When we checked out, the ladies at the front desk gave my child some snacks and a small toy. Since it was cold, the staff even brought us warm mineral water that had been heated – truly thoughtful and considerate! Traveling with a child was completely stress-free throughout. We were upgraded to a sea-view room with a large window facing the beach and ocean, and the facilities were comprehensive and high-end. There's an outdoor hot spring just a hundred meters away, though unfortunately, we didn't get to try it this time. "We took the kids on vacation during the National Day holiday, and our family's favorite way to relax is to find a beachfront hotel, eat, sleep, and read! So, we used a map of China to find this hotel along the coast, and I have to say, the experience was truly amazing! Let me explain it one by one. 1. Location: It's in the heart of Shidao, right by the beach. The beach is right outside the lobby, and it's a one-minute walk to the ocean. 2. Crowded: We stayed during the National Day holiday, and the beach was very quiet, which perfectly suited my need for quiet and peaceful surroundings! (I don't like crowds like ”dumplings”). 3. The hotel lobby has a children's ocean ball park, vending machines, a claw machine, and most importantly, a book bar. Excellent! 4. The front desk service was fantastic! I booked a room with two breakfasts, and since we were a family of three, they gave us an extra breakfast! (TKS) 5. Let's talk about the rooms. The hotel's attentiveness was evident in the details: Ours was a family room with a sea view, which was spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains and blinds for excellent light blocking! With the doors zipped shut, the room is completely dark even during the day, which I particularly love! There's a power outlet, USB port, and reading light on both sides of the bed. The pillows come in two options: pure cotton and buckwheat! The other bedding is also very comfortable. The sofa in the room swivels, which perfectly complements the floor-to-ceiling windows. It's easy to rotate while watching TV or simply gazing at the ocean. There's also a power outlet near the sofa, perfect for working with a computer. Speaking of toiletries, I really have to praise the Chishan Seaview Licheng. Whether I'm on a business trip or on vacation with my family, I always bring my own towels and slippers. I don't think many hotels properly disinfect towels and slippers that touch the skin! But Licheng's towels, bath towels, and slippers are all disinfected and sealed in bags. This is a great detail that makes me, a mysophobe, realize the hotel's commitment to its guests (I can smell the disinfectant when I open the bags and put my nose to it). Unpacking the slippers, they're also spotlessly clean! Clearly, they've been meticulously cleaned and disinfected! The shower was also a nice touch. For a seaside resort hotel, not only was the water flow adequate, but it also had a footwash button, making it convenient for guests to rinse their feet right after the beach! It was also a constant-temperature showerhead, which was fantastic! 👍 The toothbrush was also great quality; I could definitely take it home and use it for a few days! The room also had a tea set! Five bottles of mineral water were provided, refilled daily, which was more than enough! We even had a complimentary Coke on our first day👏. The rooms were also soundproofed; our room was near the elevator, and we didn't hear any noise for two days! I love to pay attention to details; they tell a lot about management! It's clear that our hotel's management is dedicated to their work! Of course, with good points, there are also some shortcomings. For example, the coffee for breakfast could have been better sourced. Since we have a fully automatic coffee machine, why not improve the coffee's taste a bit? Just a personal suggestion, not a big deal, hehe😀 Finally, my child wasn't feeling well, so I had to leave early in the morning. Thank you for the inconvenience! The hotel was very enthusiastic in helping to change the order and check out early. I was very satisfied with this and I deeply apologize for the loss you have suffered. The housekeeper Zhang Xiaowen is very considerate throughout the whole process. Every request is tried his best to complete. The driver of the pick-up station has first-class car skills. The hotel front desk helps coordinate the delivery station. Before leaving, I also sent a souvenir. These bits filled the whole holiday with temperature, making our Rongcheng memories particularly beautiful. Although the hotel is old, it is of online quality. The villa area is very quiet and sleeps well. The garden is carefully managed by every grass and tree. The location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters eastbound is the seaside park, walking on the beach, listening to the sound of the waves, the mood is unprecedented and quiet; 500 meters west of the hotel is the Sakura Lake Park, where there are many citizens, you can feel the slow pace of the city up close. Finally, I recommend two unforgettable restaurants within 5 kilometers of the hotel. First, the sea intestines and salmon dumplings in Lidu Folk Village are delicious and delicious; second, the gold medal cake of Sixi Bone Wang, the milk flavor of the slag is simple and amazing.
