The carpet in the room looked dirty. The room door was broken; you had to exert a lot of force to close it properly. It stated it opened in 2026, but I suspect it was just a renovation. The facilities and equipment in the room weren't new either. The beach is indeed just a few minutes' walk from downstairs.
