MM312572****The room design is simple yet elegant and cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep! Hygiene was impeccable, with meticulous daily housekeeping. I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

GGuest UserThe price was indeed a bit high for the summer season, but we still booked it. However, the facilities for over 600 yuan a night were really inadequate. The washing machine was a cheap one, and the drain pipe kept leaking out by itself. It couldn't empty the bucket completely after each wash, forcing me to get up in the middle of the night to run the spin cycle again. We were exhausted from playing, and having to get up at night to fix the washing machine was exhausting. Plus, the washing machine kept beeping for some reason! The next day, because we washed two extra people's hair, the water from the hot water heater turned cold. I couldn't possibly wait in the bathroom for the water to boil while bathing the two kids, could I? And the hot water ran out after just one extra child's hair – I've never experienced anything like this before. After we finished, we told the landlord, and they came to check, but I had already taken a cold shower. The experience was really unpleasant! The air conditioning had to be set extremely low to feel cool. The TV was a projector, but because of the bunk beds blocking the view, the projection was crooked, but the kids could still see it.

The environment is also very good, you can rent an electric car outside the door. It is very close to the stranded giant wheel and it is very convenient to play. GGuest UserI really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Had a great stay.

GGiles ChaplinCheck-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach.
Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm.
All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

WWU*KONG1. A beautiful coastal city steeped in Shandong culture, ”Exquisite City, Happy Weihai”! ”Beautiful Shidao” is perfect for a relaxing getaway!
2. The hotel is perfectly located, with a delicious breakfast and local food stalls nearby. Located in the easternmost part of Shandong, ”purple air rises from the east, the sun rises from the east”!
3. A great place for a relaxing (and slow-paced) getaway with children. During holidays, the area is sparsely populated, the environment is beautiful, the seafood is excellent, and there's virtually no commercialization. There's also a New Energy Science and Technology Museum nearby, where you can bring your children to experience nuclear power!
4. The hotel is very cost-effective during non-holidays!

First of all, the service attitude is very good, but I went downstairs and said that the fruit was not delivered, and I also reported the room number. Why not send it? You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3.
