GGuest UserI really enjoyed the time spent in this hotel. It’s centrally located, you’ll be on the main restaurants area in 3mins walking distance and 5mins away from the beach. It actually looks much better than in pictures. The rooms have been refurbished recently, so it’s quite new. Breakfast is a good deal for 10 euros.
I like all the staff there, very warm and nice to us. It feels like a family run hotel, all of them are very lovely.

Courteous, friendly, and very polite staff. The food was excellent and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were delighted! I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is just average, the only plus point is this hotel is very near to beach. It's not near to any shops or restaurant, you need car to travel out.

Only thing is the hotel is a bit old, we had been arranged to the room 1306 which is really bad, the drawers were stuck, not easy to open, the room was stink, the TV controller wasn’t working…. we reported them to the receptionist, be fair the service was very quick, one staff took some cleaning sprays to check the bathroom and an other gave us some new batteries in 10 minutes. It seems all sorted, But the smells were still there, I couldn’t sleep properly for the whole night! The room should not used until fixed the problem properly. After one night, we asked the receptionist to change our room, the girl behind the counter was brilliant, she arranged anther room for us which was much better.
Over all, this hotel is great, definitely come back next year.

Super good price quality ratio.
Cuisine dans l'appartement, ce qui permet de se faire à manger et faire des économies pendant le voyage :) L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, et très bien situé. Avec des places de parking disponibles dans les rues aux environs.
Only a small bemol: the swimming pool was not heated so it was impossible to bath.
I'll take this apartment if I should go back to Mallorca !

AAnonymous UserHotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
