"I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere

Highly recommend this homestay, the experience is great! The homestay is right by the Karcasson Canal, very close to the city center. The host is very hospitable and welcoming. The room layout is very careful, comfortable decoration, tasteful, English breakfast is very rich, the homestay opened in April 2025, everything is new and very clean. Praise praise!

ZhangjianzoutianyaoThe hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.

Room was comfortable, housekeeping actually really made the room! Some hotels have been so slacked at this, so it was a great surprise to come back to.
Free parking, not far to walk to LA Cité. The bunk bed and single bed configuration was great for children.

Steve DonnieRight next to the Navarre gateway. The location cannot be beaten. Well laid out and organised for visitors to the Citadel. Breakfasts had lots of locally produced items.

It has a small pool where to refresh, the room was a little bit small, but everything was well decorated and clean. 2 minutes walk to the castle! Once I took a shower and cooled down, I was able to walk around the night light up. Great location
The hospitality of the lady at the front desk was nice
There's a bathtub.
There was a small garden.
Mitsubishi air conditioner
The walls were not so thick, but the guests were quiet and able to sleep well
The day I stayed was about 13,000 yen.

Room 31 I stayed in was almost unusable with Wi-Fi
It seems that it is necessary to check in at a affiliated hotel, and other new guests (probably French) were at a loss because the hotel did not open.
Be careful.
The dryer is under the washbasin, but the cord is short, so I sat in the toilet seat and dried it. It was dry immediately because there was air volume (laughter)
