The hotel is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. Maybe we just got a bit unlucky to have a room facing the car park and main gate, and could hear the noise from the road. We were also a bit surprised to find out the spa closed as early as 8 p.m. for a spa hotel, and it wasn't ready at 9 a.m. as it should be open from 9. I guess this hotel will be more suitable for long stays.

The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, the hotel is right at the center of Valloire, just a min away from the ski lift. The food at the hotel is also amazing! Perfect for after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely recommend!
