RRubyMSHotel didn't have an elevator but they were quick to transfer my family and I to a ground level room as my dad had walking difficulties. Overall great service & staff, will stay again in the future.

WWatsonIdeal for a short stay in the centre of Malang. Easy parking and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Clean room with aircon and wifi, good value for money. The breakfast included may be chicken with rice, you can make your own tea and coffee at any time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great for the money. Good food. Great staff. I don’t think it was in the Best place, but it wasn’t the worst either . There is a couple of fruit stands, right outside of the hotel, which was great to have.
The hotel is nice and spacious.  Easy access for taxi pickup.

The hotel is affordable with budget-friendly prices, yet it offers excellent facilities and quality service. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Malang. The staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is also strategic.

GGuest UserThe facilities can only be described as ordinary, equivalent to domestic B&Bs. The soundproofing of the room at night is not very good. You can hear people chatting next door in the middle of the night. However, relatively speaking, Malang is just a stopover and you can stay for one night.
