Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very tidy and clean:
Superbly fitted rooms.
Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip.
Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first.
I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

Location in the centre with a very Simple and automated access. The guest is reactive and the arrangement is very well designed. It is perfect for a couple trip without headline.

Very friendly and comfortable reception, very good location for young people, there are many open rooms late night and so much movement, so bad that the blackout happened at night and the day after I have all the batteries-free cellphones and I have to use the navigator to travel.

Guest UserThe hotel is far from 4*. Only big and spacious. But nothing (swimming pool, sauna, fitness facilities). I am very upset that the bathroom accessories in the bathroom are completely inconsistent.

Guest UserGreat hotel! The bus station is very close, and you can easily reach the best spots in town from there. The city center is less than 10 minutes away, and Poetto Beach is also quite close; you'll only need to change buses once.
The hotel staff is very friendly. No complaints.

I stayed in this hotel one night because I had a flight at Cagliari airport quite early.The strengths of this hotel: it has a free apartment for cars, it is 10 minutes' drive from Cagliari airport, it was clean and smelling. As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 a.m., the previous day I warned at the reception and made a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a compot) - missed a small bottle of water and The hotel was very good, the room was very small, and the room was very comfortable. I would return to this hotel again without hesiting if I look for a hotel near the airport for just a few nights.
