Just before GW, I stayed as a refreshment when I visited Ise Jingu shrine. I had ISE tea and cheese cake hospitality after checking in at the front desk, but this cheese cake was very delicious. The room is modern Japanese. The view is outstanding with the sea from the window. It was a nice room. Dinner was a Japanese course (with spiny lobster and abalone) in a private room of a restaurant called Shiraishi, but the volume was just right and everything was delicious. Also, the male staff who were in charge at this dinner was very friendly and I was able to spend a satisfying time. Breakfast is also Japanese, but it was very delicious and I was able to relax. The hot spring bath was also beautiful and good. I think the customer service of the hotel staff 々 (both male staff and female staff 々) is outstanding. Also, I would like to stay when visiting Ise Jingu shrine.

Let me start by saying that the staff, particularly in the restaurant, had good English and we had no problems communicating generally, which I know has been mentioned in other reviews. We stayed in an Ocean Suite room for our engagement weekend, the view was amazing! Watching the sun rise over the sea was beautiful and the panorama of the islands and sea was so peaceful. The room was plush and the furniture felt relatively new. The bathrobes and pyjamas provided by the hotel during our stay were very comfortable, though something of a shame to not be able to go from room to onsen without outdoor clothes (other robes are provided at the onsen). I and my partner both have various food allergies or intolerances but the hotel has an exceptionally good way of managing allergies by asking you to submit a form beforehand. As a result of this, we were both able to have full, proper meals with no issues. For the breakfast buffet, we were given a sheet, in English, of all the dishes on service and all allergens. The food was excellent and the wine list was the best I have seen anywhere in Japan. There are regular shuttles from the hotel to station, and the reverse. However, these stop after a certain hour and the hotel is not easily walkable from the station. I am still not really sure how this would normally be done, I assume the hotel will pick you up if asked but we were not sure how to arrange (and originally thought from the map that it would be walkable). Honestly, I am looking forward to going back there - hopefully for an anniversary!

Stayed 2 nights as a family vacation in July 2023. I was attracted by the water park and onsens photos on the agoda website. The hotel description AND the amenities list also included the water park. BUT it's not open until after mid July. We felt duped. We were given a beautiful room that consists of two beds and two futons. There were a sitting area and a Japanese bathroom. I have no complaints except the hotel notebook is dusty and there's a dead bug in the stationery tray. Maybe they don't clean it - like ever? After covid one would expect a hotel would pay more attention to cleaning... The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet both had good spreads. We liked wagyu beef and the little hotpot at dinner. There are 3 onsen locations. They are all different. There are massage machines as well. We got quite busy. Although they were very polite and eager to help, almost no one spoke English at the hotel. The instructions and hotel map were written in Japanese only. We did have fun guessing and gesturing. Surprisingly my kids liked the vending machines the most. They venture out by themselves to get ramen, milk, ice cream, etc. as their little treasure hunt every night.

Have loved Toba for many years..and stayed at the Toba Grand many times. Only on 1 occasion was I lucky enough to stay in a Sakura room on the 8th floor…but not so lucky on this my last stay in Toba. The good points: 1.Free shuttle to/from the hotel and the driver handed out wet towels on this occasion 2.Welcome drinks in the lobby 3.A good selection of food for dinner & breakfast 4.The hot spring baths are good. The bad points: 1.The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment in the rooms on 6th & 7th floors/Badly stained & old windows and the room and bathroom/toilet are out of date. 2.The restaurant area is really dirty in certain places and insects can be seen running about! The were too many families with young children here this time and the restaurant was crowded all the time it seemed. 3.The Japanese staff have no English language skills…but the abundance of Nepalese staff at this hotel at present helps a little in that regard. This hotel has a wonderful location…and if you want to look out at the water then it is good…but as mentioned Toba seems to be a neglected area in many respects…and this is certainly true for this hotel at present.

Last time I used it with my wife, I was really interested, so this year I used it for consecutive nights. Among the things I was interested in, I especially liked this SPA and made a reservation this time, so I headed to Onjuku in time🚙 Arrived at just the right time, welcome sparkling while checking in🥂. . . On this day, we stayed in the same room as last time, the Premium Suite with Dining, Room 209, ”Sankai”. The person who came and the other woman greeted me, explained the menu and consulted about the contents, and decided to have a 100-minute full body and head SPA. . . No, I was feeling really good, and then I was really hungry. I felt a sense of emotion 🙌 Today is the 22nd 😲 After the 100-minute SPA refreshed my body and stomach (laughs), I had dinner in the dining room in the room I had been waiting for. . . I was wondering if I could eat in the car on my way, but now I'm so hungry that I can't stand it. 🍻 Start with appetizers: conger eel skin cucumber ginger, eel Hachiman rolls, horse mackerel sushi, salmon lotus root rolls, Torimatsu style, conger roe, Maruju lemon simmered, ginkgo pine needles. Koyose and horse mackerel sushi are the best! Beer goes well. Next is sashimi, so I ordered cold sake. For the sashimi, sweet shrimp, turban shell, amberjack, and grunt were beautifully arranged in a bowl lined with ice 🐟🦐 This goes well with cold sake ❣ Next, soup made with clear soup, beaten shrimp, edamame tofu, grilled wheat gluten, Lotus yam, Matsuba yuzu, a gentle dashi soup that will make your heart and stomach happy 🎵 Strong dish: butter-grilled black abalone from Ise-Shima, asparagus, tomato, king oyster mushroom, and liver sauce Surprisingly good for two people who love abalone. I want to lick this liver sauce with the plate (laughs). Especially the black abalone. . . It seems that the abalone that eats wakame is decreasing because wakame is decreasing. I wonder if the sea water temperature is rising. I like it(・∀・)!! The delicious Japanese-style sauce is good❣ Even I, who doesn't like beef, was able to eat it all at once. The rice to finish off was small fish rice, and while I was eating it, the rice cooker was making the sound of being finished, which made me laugh (laughs). Ta 💦 This fruit dessert made my stomach burst. I didn't have an appetite until I came here, but I can't believe I could eat so much 😲 After dinner, I relaxed in the open-air bath attached to the room and went to dark on the first day. . . Breakfast is Japanese food at the dining room ”Arashi”. There are plenty of grilled fish, dashi rolls*, sashimi, salad, etc. 🍚 Check out once and visit Ise (Naiku). *We will upload it separately. On the day I came back to Onjuku, there was a maisonette suite called ”Senpa” in room 112 of the Ushio Building. (^ ^; I searched the room and the open-air bath with the room is small, and it's probably a separate building from the room I stayed in the previous day, but the room is old and messy, so I was excited. So, the two of us, sweating from visiting Ise, went to the public bath for the first time. (Laughs) Well, let's enjoy dinner 🙌 There is no restaurant in the room tonight, so we ate it in a private room in the dining room ”Arashi” 🍚 First we had beer 🍻, followed by cold sake. I love chawanmushi, so I'm excited again (laugh). I forgot something, but it was a combination of fish, small yam, carrots, peas, etc. Grilled appetizers: Large prawns and black abalone grilled in a bowl of abalone shells. A happy plate full of black abalone. The beef stew is so yummy that it changes the concept of beef stew you've ever eaten, and it's made by the head chef who loves meat. I'm not perfect, so I still can't seem to eat fried food, so I'm sorry for the smell of fried food... To finish off, we had sushi rolls with lots of ingredients, such as * and tuna. Yogurt and fruit blueberry sauce No, my stomach bursts (laughs) After eating, I took a leisurely soak in the hot spring in my room to relieve the fatigue of the day ♨ Good morning! Miso soup, simmered taro, steamed egg custard, sweet shrimp sashimi, dashi rolls, salad, and more! I feel nauseous. After this, my appetite returned and it was really good ❣ It may be because of the SPA, but I think it's because of the beautiful appearance of the chef Yamakawa and the many delicious dishes. Especially black abalone and beef stew are the best❣ I will come back again. The room is a premium suite with dining (laughs) Thank you (person ``▽ `) Thank you ☆ Lastly, I am grateful to my wife who has always been worried about me when I was not feeling well. Thanks dear. Let's be Love Love forever💕
There are three chartered open-air baths with fantastic scenery. It's a hot spring inn with very satisfying beautifying hot spring and gourmet food.

The location is close considering the distance from the station, but I think it's okay for a moment because there is no sidewalk on the way. But I arrived unexpectedly soon when I walked along the track. The children were very happy with the wifi. It was good because there was no connection in the hotel or the speed was very slow even if it was connected. I stayed at a night stay without meals, but the nearby shops were delicious and the price was reasonable and the answer was great. The hot spring of the hotel is pleasant, it seems to be a hot spring, or it is a skin touch that I think is different at the moment I entered, and I stayed here for a night and relaxed in the hot spring It was Taisho that the meal was served in a local delicious shop It was a solution.

Kintetsu Bird feather station 1 exit call, 10 minutes later there is a sea lion minibus to pick up, 10 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The hotel is a family operating, it seems that there are parents and children, etc. The facilities and equipment are old, but very comfortable, there are some, and the big bath is very comfortable. Guests are rarely or even advantageous, and the place is clean. The location of the hotel is the greatest advantage and the view is excellent. The front desk recommends dinner to the fisherman's restaurant, there is a car transfer, the restaurant is very popular, the weight is sufficient, the price is slightly higher, pay attention to cash. The hotel has a small shuttle bus to Kintetsu bird feather station every half hour from 8 am to 10 am. From 15 pm to 19 pm, you can pick up guests from the phone to Kintetsu bird feather station to return to the hotel.

The bonfire was burned at the entrance and the morrow Showa chick. I thought I would take a picture later, but the lights were turned off at 20 o'clock. The building is a good Showa appearance. It feels like a hot spring hotel that came when I was a child. The hot spring seems to be carried from Kasahara Onsen, and the chlorine smell of the circulation hot water is strong. The skin becomes turtle, but it is not possible This time, I was in a room with a view bath, but I failed. It is a deep bathtub made of large pottery and is wide and liberating. The cold was dissolved with bathroom heating. The view is good with the whole glass door. The unfortunate thing was that it was a cheap room that was not a hot spring, so it took time to store hot water, and the plug was loose, and when I tried to enter the second time, the hot water was out. I said that I would not enter the house because of both sides of glass. (the blinds were on both sides, but) I should have been in a normal room If you take this large bathroom, it's not a futon Recently, the bed room is increasing in the inn, and it's more appreciated. Recently, I feel resistance to being able to enter the room with a futon because I am used to the hotel. 〇〇 The resort is not laid from the beginning, but I think it's okay. The meal was changed from restaurant food to room food. It's not about the age of the room food, but it's easier to eat restaurant food. From 18 o'clock designated. It's golden time. The hot water beer was free. Because of the lighting in the room, the color of the sashimi is bad. (The photograph was beautiful, so it would be due to the lighting equipment.) The octopus feels like time has passed since it was cut off. After that, the fried puffer fried puffer was cold and cut, and the chicken jibe boiled, and the bean paste became hard as if it were boiled. Do you need to bring it separately? On weekdays, the public has an emergency declaration, and I think there were many guests, so I might not have enough people. I asked for a flyer to compare the oysters to eat, but it was too warm in the range. Costco's frozen oysters are more juicy. Not only here, but in my previous experience, I made a recommendation of the recommendation, and I lost the temptation because there was no roku goods, and I ordered it again. The breakfast of pride is mainly tea pickles? What about dried food? Many rice friends. When do you eat seasoned nori? Also eat dried food with cherry blossom tea pickles. . Instead, I am full from the morning. When I stay in ISE, I feel a lot of rice friends in breakfast. The building is old, but the cleaning is well done, and the employees are very friendly and I have a very good impression with the feeling of an inn. The cover of the Japanese paper in the lighting in the room was broken and broken. The handle of the toilet door was severely damaged. I can fix it even if I am an amateur. Why not fix it? The effort to clean the large hotel is wasted. It is a hotel with a good hospitality, but the dishes are made. The room is not hung. The place you can see is glittering. I'm a little sorry. The open-air bath with the rose flower of the pride did not enter because of the failure. It is very regrettable. I think that if it was 10000 yen pokkiri as it was in the word of mouth, it was 4 stars.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a sea view room, from the room you can see the beautiful sea and mountains, the glass in the room is very clean, and the overall cleaning is very good. Thanks to a waitress named Meng who was Chinese when I checked in, she helped us as a translator, which made us go through the formalities smoothly. Miss Meng also told us the place to eat breakfast and dinner, the time and place of the hot spring, if there is no help from Miss Meng, We will encounter a lot of difficulties, because this hotel is very large and bustling, walking like a maze, like such an international tourist hotel too need people who can speak Chinese. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very special, especially dinner, as well as roast beef and seafood, which is great! The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only three minutes to get out of the Bird's Station. There is also a sightseeing bus terminal and a cruise ship terminal next to it. It is very convenient to go to various tourist attractions. There are many hot springs in the hotel, forming a hot spring village, which is very characteristic.
GGuest UserI used it on a group trip with people with disabilities. If the prefecture is not the same prefecture, the travel company seems to be unable to move, and all of them responded directly. There was a difference, and it was hard, but I answered this request properly. The meal was about the first of the group trips until now, and it was impressed with the handmade feeling that the breakfast was used. There were many foreign people, but everyone felt neat and nice. The building is old, but I want to go again for a delicious meal and hot spring.
GGuest UserIt was hard to get to because it was far, but it is an inn worth staying. It was a stay with a friend from abroad, but I am very grateful for the consideration in advance. As a feature of the inn, the view from the room looking at ioura Bay is the best. In the evening, night, morning, any scenery is the best and you can enjoy various expressions. It's a waste of sleeping, and I want to see the scenery where there are few lights at night. There was also ingenuity and surprise (used on anniversary), and I was just sorry to have a lot of service. I brought two good rum sake with me, but I was able to respond properly if I paid the cost of bringing it. The sashimi was very good especially in the meal. The service is also smiling, and everyone greets me when I pass in the building, and it is very pleasant. The public bath was not so crowded, and I was very satisfied that I could soak in hot water slowly. You can go to the outside hot water in the morning and evening seasonally. And, the happy miscalculation is the store of the inn, but it is the market price that cannot be expected, but it is a souvenir and a rare potato chip (blue, ISE shrimp) I bought and bought. It seems that if you book akafuku, you will arrange it properly. It was such a nice inn that I wanted to take my parents and do good deeds. Thank you.
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is comfortable. The staff service level is high. The only thing I look forward to is the buffet dinner. I am disappointed. Tempura shrimp and other things are all hot. Then fill out the cockroaches. They are all slightly warm.... The hot plate is like a hot plate and then a hot plate.... The fish is fresh and the scorpion has shells. There is a fine grains that are fresh ... There are fewer food choices. There are 3 or 4 desserts. We start eating at 6:45, and we have left at 7:30. There is free night ramen. Breakfast is also general ... may also be cheaper in this hotel.
I'll get what I pay for!
GGuest UserThis hotel is the biggest surprise of our trip to Sane County, no one! The whole hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, the building is an Italian-style castle, the interior is retro but very bright! The room is with a balcony, facing the sea and trees, to be cured!
I booked a package that included two meals and one berth and stayed for two nights. It turned out that the first day dinner was French and six-course, and the next day dinner was kaiseki; we chose Japanese for both breakfasts, because it was too luxurious and they were as rich as dinner. In the evening, I also soaked in hot springs with my daughter ♨️; The hotel's service is very abundant, really wholeheartedly recommended!
五五尺狂徒It's the most joyful family in Japan when I come back! Although a bit old, hygiene is absolutely fine. There is a shuttle service to jr toba, about 5 minutes by car. The hotel has Chinese staff. Ctrip is not very honest. The so-called sea view room is just a sea view at the end of the view. The open-air experience is very good! Breakfast is mainly Japanese, with many varieties, personally prefer. Check out at 10 o'clock, unfortunately I did n’t enjoy it. If possible, I will go to Toba again.
圣圣临天下The hotel will send a car to the train station to pick up and drop off. The location is excellent, the service is very warm, there is free feeding in the morning, the hot springs are also very good, there are two kinds of outdoor and indoor, very good hotel
WWENCHAOVery close to Toba Station. From Toba Station to Pearl Island or Aquarium, it is the only way, so it is very convenient. The hotel has natural hot springs. The only downside is that occasionally there will be small bugs in the room. But compared to hotels in the suburbs of Beijing, it is still much cleaner. Good value for money hotel in Toba. The Japanese-style tatami space is quite large, not the 6 square meters reported by Ctrip, it should be considered as 6 posts! About ten square meters. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet room is on the left of the door and the bathtub is on the right. Because there are natural hot springs, we did not use the bathtub in the room. The hotel provides disposable towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be taken away. The towels are thin but the quality is okay. You can’t put your own things in the refrigerator because it’s said that it’s mischarging. To avoid trouble, it’s really useless. Convenience stores at Toba Station close at about 9 o'clock, restaurants generally close at 6 o'clock, other than that, there are no convenience stores nearby. So if you arrive late, you must buy food at the departure station.
