여기는 저녁 카이세키 요리가 진짜임..伊勢海老 이세산 새우를 써서 마지막에 나베로 샤브샤브를 먹을 수 있는데 진짜 국물이 미쳤음..캐인적으로 우동면이나 죽이라도 먹을 수 있게 해줬으면 좋겠음 ㅠㅠ
다른 료칸 카이세키와는 조금 다른게, 간 자체도 세지 않은 편이고 완전 일식 와쇼쿠스럽지 않고양식도 많이 접목시키려고 노력한 것 같음.
