Amazing
JJiannanjunThe small hotel is in a very good location, just in the alley next to Baktapur Duba Square, taxis can be opened to the door, there is also Himalaya Java (Nepal Starbucks) nearby, and most attractions can be reached on foot.
The staff at the front desk of the hotel is very good. There is a girl who is fluent in English, very caring and considerate. She feels that sooner or later she should be the manager of a small hotel or open a hotel by herself; A male staff member was also very helpful and took the initiative to help me bargain with the taxi driver and solve the problem.
I would recommend other friends to stay at this hotel.
XXueYun LiIf there are 6 stars or 7 stars, I will definitely choose it. It's a pity that there are only 5 stars! The moment I got off the car, all the fatigue of the journey disappeared instantly. The design of the hotel is so beautiful! It is located in the forest, surrounded by clouds and mist, like a fairyland, and every shot is a blockbuster. The four of us booked a three-story villa, which is very large and high-end. The housekeeper is very considerate and delicate, and the staff is warm and thoughtful, with a smile on their faces.
The encounter with guru ji Hswami Satya Shree was the luckiest thing for our trip. A person who exudes the light of God all over his body led us to hike at 5:00 in the morning and saw the light of sunrise. After the hike, he led us to traditional Nepalese yoga until 9:10 in the morning. Yoga meditation in the quiet forest made us feel calm and happy. After that, guru ji talked with us for a whole afternoon. We got very rich information from him. He is a loving and generous elder.
This is definitely the best gift in 2024. We will come again.
LLIImpeccable hotel on the highest point of the mountain. You can watch the sunset and sunrise, and you can directly see Everest when the visibility is good. The chalet is lower in the mountains, and there are two rooms on the upper and lower floors. The main building has better visibility at the highest point.
IIvyC5Best luxury hotel in Nagarkot. Booked this hotel to celebrate my husband birthday and after our EBC Trek. We stayed 3 nights and spent our time resting in the room, watching Netflix. The room was so cozy. Bed was comfy. The hot water jacuzzi was god sent. After using the jacuzzi for 20 mins, the body felt so relaxed. I also went for their trekker massage and Gold facial. It was the best experience ever. Hot water heater works perfectly well. Breakfast was well spread with Asian and Indian fusion cruisine. The ala carte menus was god sent with so many varieties of snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, different varieties of cruisine from Asian, western. You name it, they have it. And room services can be done via online. Even guest can schedule their room cleaning services via online. Booking of massage/ facial are done via online too. Every morning, I catch the sunset at our balcony. It was so magically beautiful. Highly recommended hotel!!
GGuest UserAmazing location for a hotel. The view from the veranda of the Himalayas was great at sunrise. The room was nice and the guys at the hotel were really friendly. They were able to tell you which of the mountains you could see, including Everest. Nice selection for breakfast and the dinner menu was really good too. Also only a couple of minutes walk from the Sunset viewing point and not far to drive to the lookout tower.
CChezzaThis hostel is really unique. I loved feeling like I was staying in the bush as I looked out at the trees through my window in the morning. It was pretty cold and there's no heating in the room, so I struggled to get out of bed, but the bedding kept me warm enough throughout the night. Unfortunately, they didn't have a kettle in the room to help keep me warm with a little hot water, but they did give me a thermos of hot water from the restaurant when I asked about it. The shower also never remained warm for long.
These shortcomings were made up for by the unique environment and the wonderful views up at the restaurant/communal area. On the last day, I could see the Himalayas clearly from there. It was beautiful. There is also a great variety of reasonably priced food at the restaurant.
The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction is a great place to view the sunrise. The staff were happy to help out and give directions when I asked. Of course, it would have been even nicer if they had offered some of that information on my arrival rather than waiting for me to ask.
Overall, a great place to stay!
