"The room smelled so strange upon entering, then we went to inspect the AC and could tell there was black mold accumulating in there. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all, but a rickety foldable springy mattress. It was so uncomfortable and so loud that I ultaimtely had to sleep on the day bed. Would NOT recommend staying here."

"The hotel is very friendly and is very comfortable and comfortable.
The rooms on 1 and 2 are older and the 3 and 4 are renovated.
If I returned to Porto I would stay at the same hotel."
BBorja Mussons UribeI can't appreciate it because I haven't been. I tried to book it twice and the second gave me another day. I tried to cancel it from the same and I couldn't. I tried to contact trip.com and I couldn't. I have spoken to the hotel and they say they can't cancel it.
GGuest UserStayed in this place with his wife and daughter 1.5 years in November 2025 for a couple of nights. Location excellent. Room excellent. Breakfast on the menu is very delicious. Coffee excellent. The interior is interesting and does not look like usual hotel rooms. The pipework in the room is original. PS. Indeed, the floors in the room are crying. But it even gives some charm. If I understand correctly from the staff words, the owners do not change the floors as they are, consider an antique.
GGuest UserI didn't expect to live in the semi-basement facing the street. I was woken up by the pedestrians at six or seven o'clock. Hygienic rain facilities are not bad. The only downside is that you can't pay by credit card and only receive cash.
