Beautiful location in the Cirque de Salazie. Very welcoming, well organised staff. You need to book in advance of your arrival for spa services and dinner, but otherwise great. The restaurant is of an excellent standard.

The place calls for relaxation and rest. Quiet location and the nearby beach is a big advantage. Very attentive and remarkably kind staff.

The hotel is very well placed, with views on the mountains.  The staff is very friendly and the room service is careful for small care.  The breakfast is excellent and will enjoy everyone, those who want ”health” as well as the most nice.

L’hôtel de Boucan Canot est bien situé et l’ambiance générale est agréable. Le personnel a été souriant et accueillant, ce qui a rendu le séjour plaisant. Côté propreté, rien à redire, tout était correct. Cependant, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, les petites attentions en chambre m’ont semblé limitées. Le cocktail que nous avons dégusté était bon, mais sans réelle originalité. Concernant le room service, nous avons commandé un burger poulet et un camaron roll. Honnêtement, je ne recommande pas ces plats : la qualité et la préparation ne correspondaient pas vraiment au standing attendu. En revanche, l’entrée (foie gras) était réussie. Le délai de livraison a également été un peu long, la commande arrivant environ 20 à 30 minutes après l’heure prévue. Dans l’ensemble, un bel hôtel avec du potentiel, mais certains détails et la qualité de la restauration mériteraient d’être améliorés pour être à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Located in a beautiful Creole house and in the centre of Saint Denis de la Réunion, the hotel has beautiful attractions: architecture, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor breakfast room which serves the restaurant. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable et au calme. Déçu de la restauration d’hier soir, service très très très lent et mal gérer par le chef. Plus de 2 h d’attente pour un dîner…. Après 2 h j’ai préféré annuler mon dessert. Un chef seul avec un serveur pour tout le restaurant qui était plus que complet. Un grand merci et bravo au serveur qui a su garder la tête haute et son calme dans cette situation chaotique

Very good hotel, a small bemol for Android TV for which the features are not available because not connected to the Internet, unlike almost all other hotels in this standing on the island.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was clean and it felt good. Small bemol on several unsympathetic staff members.
