SS.StarksWhile the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

GGuest UserHotel location is quite good. Close to the beach. Go to the game and go directly to the boat. It is a round-trip ticket. Breakfast is delicious and not expensive. Asians should like it. In addition to parking, it is a little difficult. Other facilities are not bad.

It was comfortable during my 5 night stay. The pool water was not very clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful the spectacular attention as well as the cleaning there was no detail view of the pool was beautiful and cozy breathed peace and tranquility in the restaurant the food was skiing and breakfast in the buffet was quite with a large while the price was a little high but I loved it because all Asia a whole was covered in detail and was located inside and the train station was 4 minutes so Q fulfilled my expectations

라라쿤나The hotel facilities were satisfactory. However, the hotel did not fully communicate the reservation status. Although it was an appointment with breakfast, the hotel did not include breakfast, and the settlement for breakfast was made. Later, I was able to cancel the breakfast payment by grasping that the breakfast payment was made separately, showing the voucher and asking for cancellation of the breakfast payment. I don't know where the system is problematic, but the reservation situation was uncomfortable due to the problem that the hotel was not connected properly.

GGuest UserIt was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.
