SSuofeiyaniArrived in Detroit at 7pm. I had to fly to Los Angeles at noon the next day. I slept in the hotel 🏨 in the airport for one night. Fortunately, I didn't need to call a taxi to and from the airport. The only problem with this Westin is that it is a bit expensive and the facilities are average. American hotels don't have much service. There is nothing wrong with other things. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, the bed is very comfortable 😌, which can improve the quality of sleep 💤

KKempLoriThe Aloft Detroit is a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice & very professional, so friendly and very helpful. They made you feel very special. It is in a great location, right across from Tiger Stadium & Ford Field, and only 1/2 mile from Little Caesars Arena. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance. The rooms were very nice, exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will absolutely be staying at the Aloft again!

GGuest UserI spent one night at the Hollywood Casino at Greektown. I did not visit the casino. I was looking for a nice place to stay for the night. The hotel grounds were 4-stars. I arrived around 7 PM. It took some time to check in because I had to wait for a number of others who qualified for the VIP check-in line.
I stayed in a basic, twin queen room. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. Shortly after getting into my room, bright exterior lights turned on - shining in the direction of my room. I couldn't see what they were illuminating, but if I had to guess, it was perhaps the hotel name written on the exterior. Those lights stayed on all night. The drapes didn't completely cover the windows, so my room was illuminated all night. The room stayed one temperature despite what the thermostat was set to. There was an intermittent hum coming from the in-wall heater as if it was revving up. I ultimately slept with earplugs.
I am have been able to overlook the illuminated room, dysfunctional thermostat, and intermittent hum if I was there for other reasons than to sleep, like to visit the casino, or go out.

GGuest UserMe and my fiancé come here all the time just to get away from the house good location, clean rooms you can open the windows an friendly staff  and you can make all the noise that you want if you know what I mean  do not disturb lol  And when you are a rewards member with them, you can check in as early as 7:00 AM that is very helpful.

HHaijunThe room was ok. The location is also very good. The gym is huge and has a lot of equipment. Downstairs is the General Motors showroom. The breakfast was a bit poor. I was a bit annoyed at the long queue when I checked out. Since I had to catch a plane, I threw down my room card and left.

YYUEHONGThe room is large, clean and breakfast is OK. However, there is nothing near the hotel. There is a mall in the place where you can walk. There are also many restaurants nearby. It’s only from the Detroit airport that it’s only for rent.

GGuest UserThe sheets were clean and the room was large. It just smells a little bit! Maybe the ventilation is not good. The service is very good and everything is answered! The homemade waffles for breakfast are delicious!
