"Great location and amazing views from 64th floor but very dated rooms. Also issues with iron, safe and no towels. Reception not good at dealing with questions. Overcharged for an expense which they agreed to bear and not happy as we had checked our bank and only found out by accident."

"The location was fantastic especially that it was close to the airport, had free parking, and had walkable dining options. The only minuses were there was hardly anyone visible at the front desk and the handicapped accessible room I requested was very far from the elevators. The staff when visibly present were very nice however."

"The room is quite big. The reception hall is a bit dark. Not atmospheric. But the facilities in the room and the room size are much newer than the Holiday Inn directly opposite. I see a lot of flight attendants living here. The hall of the Holiday Inn is bright and brand new. The room is very general. Both hotels have shuttle bus to the airport. It is very convenient."
