"So when we first arrived I called to see if there any way for early check in the guy tho answered said there was not. We arrived at the hotel 130 and just waited in the lobby until 230 and the guy at the desk was not helpful at all. He saw us waiting so he knew we were waiting for our room to be ready. It wasn’t until I went up again and asked if there’s any update and he said oh ya we have a room ready? Why couldn’t he tell me that why did u have to go up more than an 1hour later to ask again. I did not like that not did I appreciate his lack of effort. Then we get to the room and the tv half the time was not working. Overall the stay was nice but in all 3 days not one time did they come to clean the room"
