"No ac in this hotel exactly as for all. No ventilation in the rooms with windows to sun. Poor spa and room 210 noisy due to compressors near the windows. Noisy street during the day. Overall poor place. You better pay more and get at least a place with less noise"

"Excellent location of the hotel. Located in the center, 3 minutes from the embankment. The room has everything necessary. The fen is weak, better to take your own if possible. Breakfasts are excellent, big choice of baking, there are omlets, chips, mushrooms. The function of the cleaner, who, in the absence of the administrator, issued the keys to the newly settled. Most likely, this caused a confusion and with our number - when the settlement turned out that there was a family with a child in the room. After that there were no problems with the service."

"A huge disappointment. Poor construction. Three floors without an elevator and impassable, dangerous stairs. Bad bathrooms. Small rooms. Poor heating. Disorganized breakfast. Lack of cleanliness. Limited service; the staff are young and don't understand tourists. No parking. Located on a hill, difficult to access in snow. And to top it all off, very expensive."

The hotel is older and at the center of everything which is convenient for the first time visitors to Bariloche. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy, but you can request for the quieter side."
