"I booked this hotel completely on a whim because I had never been to Bariloche before and I am so lucky! The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and friendly. I casually mentioned that it was my fiancé’s birthday and they left him a bottle of champagne and a card in the room when we checked in. The room itself was absolutely beautiful—I couldn’t ask for a more gorgeous view. The breakfast was tasty and the staff had many recommendations and were super responsive throughout the entire stay. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing on a cold winter night after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back. Excellent! "

The room with an incredible lake view. Abundant breakfast. Above it has a kitchen and refrigerator for common use. Water with good flow and temperature. Excellent location. The common areas are very nice and comfortable. Good connectivity, even in the room!!! We would choose them again!"

"Good hotel, but ! All the rooms with the view of the lake- windows on the carriageway(( very noisy, especially when motorcycles go and so on. We changed the room with the view to the yard- the staff went to the meeting, but the room was worse of course-less and older. Overall not I'll go back to this hotel, unfortunately."

"I should not complaint for the place because of the price of the private room. It is a good budget option for a couple or friends to stay. Pro They provide us free tea and crackers. Price warm room locatiin walking distance from the bus station Con Limited access to the kitchen (They were doing big cleaning and maintenance and we couldn't use kitchen for 2days) Shower room needs to updated(door and drain system) As I mentioned at first, this place is very cheap and good to stay for budget travellers!!!"

"A huge disappointment. Poor construction. Three floors without an elevator and impassable, dangerous stairs. Bad bathrooms. Small rooms. Poor heating. Disorganized breakfast. Lack of cleanliness. Limited service; the staff are young and don't understand tourists. No parking. Located on a hill, difficult to access in snow. And to top it all off, very expensive."
