"I booked this hotel completely on a whim because I had never been to Bariloche before and I am so lucky! The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and friendly. I casually mentioned that it was my fiancé’s birthday and they left him a bottle of champagne and a card in the room when we checked in. The room itself was absolutely beautiful—I couldn’t ask for a more gorgeous view. The breakfast was tasty and the staff had many recommendations and were super responsive throughout the entire stay. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing on a cold winter night after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back. Excellent! "

"If you come to Bariloche to experience the vast expanse and hospitality you must stay at a ranch. The location and service is great. They have great food and 25 treks on their property. Several activities like horse back riding were also possible but we ran out of time. The property is very clean."
