"Didn’t stay here, as own caravan on a campsite along the road, but as passing the Sandbanks an read a notice saying public bar open, so in me an the wife entered, reception on the right bar to the left with entertainment, the chap who was on had more instrument's than a quartet, keyboard, sax, electric guitar, acoustic guitar 2 mikes for karaoke which seemed what people wanted, well done to Graham, I believe his name was, while people were singing their karaoke song he backed them as well which was professionally performed, nevertheless I performed a few numbers throughout the night, as well as a few more did, making it a good night. In fact called in a couple of times when he was on, an enjoyed the light heated atmosphere. Thank you all From Rob"

"We were very disappointed with our stay because of the strong smell in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The unpleasant odour was noticeable as soon as we opened the room door on arrival. It was so bad that even the staff member who showed us the room covered his nose with his finger, so it was clearly noticeable. We hoped the smell would improve by opening the windows, but unfortunately it remained throughout our entire 2 night stay. We even had to use our own room freshener, but the odour was still too strong to mask. This made our stay very uncomfortable and significantly affected our overall experience. We hope this issue is investigated and resolved so future guests do not have the same experience."

"From the moment we arrived, until we were waved off by everyone, it has been a wonderful Christmas break. Faith, Gary and all of the staff (and family) did their utmost to make our stay perfect. Food was great, as was our room and all of our time there. We found it hard to pull away from our view of the sea and beach each day. We felt that we were part of a happy, extended family. A very, very lovely stay. Thanks a lot for making us so content. All we need now are some larger fitting clothes!"
