"The lady at reception was very friendly and efficient , certainly a great asset to this business as first impressions are very important
I was in cabin number 8 , the key would not open the screen door , the lady at reception apologised and arranged 2 staff to open it with a master key .
I did not lock the screen door once I gained access .
The television remote would not activate the Television . Maybe flat batteries but very disappointing ."

Fantastic
A wonderful small hotel in heritage building with spacious rooms that feel so cosy with thoughtful decoration and amenities and a comfy bed.
Each room with access to a terrace space
The location is central but in a quiet area
Breakfast included
The hotel restaurant was closed for the winter but local restaurants are close by. Che Bon is recommended.

Good location close to the restaurant but can be noisy from people walking on a Broadwalk and nice waterview from room
Lots of dust in a ventilator in a bathroom. Daily housekeeping but tile floor in living area still have same dirty marks and dead insects since day one check in. We stay for 2 nights

Picked this hotel because of the location and we were not disappointed. Very tidy little establishment with great sized rooms. Very clean and comfortable with all the basics we needed.
Close to the main street with plenty of food and drink establishments, including a very good RSL club.
Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Recommend this place for a quite, convenient stay

Had a great stay here, only had one night in between travelling but the service was great , super friendly. The room was clean and cozy. A TV with Netflix topped it all off :)

WENJIEThe first floor is the parking lot, the room is on the second floor, the hotel is in good health, the front desk service is also very good, there are necessary items such as iron, hair dryer, electric heater, etc. Others are fine, but the tables and chairs in the room are not strong. Overall feels good.
