Beach Hotels in Noosa Heads

I booked in for one night (as I was moving back into my home the next day after a 3 year absence) and found this accommodation to be excellent. The service was genuine, warm and very friendly and consistent as I observed this with other guests who were checking in. Mark took the time to show each guest to their rooms and explained things well. The rooms were spotless and nicely appointed. As a resident of Noosa, for over 24 years, I have driven past this place so many times. It doesn't have a strong visible street presence, but the value for money is excellent when considering its location to Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach. If I was visiting on holidays, I'd happily stay there and recommend it to my family and friends.

Thank you to the resort staff for the multiple emails and notifications. Although it was a little bit inconvenient that the reception hours were only until 5pm, but online check-in was very convenient! Also we really appreciated that the staff for reminding us several times that we forgot to turn off the car. Fortunately, we forgot it after we got up early and went out... The whole room was very big, with a kitchen and a small living room, but it would be better if there was a mat in the bathroom, because I accidentally slipped in the bathroom :(

I ordered room service Pad Thai after arriving and was impressed by how delicious it was! Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. The food at the Thai restaurant was also delicious. I lost my sunglasses by the pool, and asked the staff to find them, but they just said ”it's gone” and didn't seem to be looking for them, so I ended up not finding them, which was very disappointing. It's rare for something to be lost and not found in a good hotel, so I was surprised. Other than that, it was good.

Strong smell of air freshener upon opening the doors. Quite overwhelming and had to turn the AC off. They charge a service fee/surcharge for credit card payment instead of absorbing the cost like most hotels do. So be aware of that. The hair dryer burnt and started smoking on us when we tried to use it. Luckily we turned it off straight away and nothing bad happened. We only stayed for a couple hours with our dog and overall was a good place to relax.

A modern, well-designed, quiet spacious and spotless apartment. It's beautifully furnished and kitchen well equipped. We spent a comfortable and enjoyable 4 nights here. Easy walk to a shopping centre and the Noosa river is across the main road. A bus stop is a few minutes walk for a short ride to the beach.

I was very satisfied. There is a shop near the hotel, which is very helpful. Due to its location, it is a place where you do not have to eat. The hotel employees are very nice.

Excelente location! The amenities in the bedroom made a difference after a long road trip!

The location is superb. Hastings Street is full of quality restaurants and the beach is a really short walk away. Also the Noosa National Park is within walking distance. Walking to Hells Gate and Laguna Lookout highly recommended.

Great for families. We had 4 adults and 3 children and 3 bedroom was perfect. The amenities also make it great for families wanting to cook at the apartment. You can walk to Hastings street, Noosa national park hike and Noosa beach. We had a wonderful time as a family. Would recommend for families wanting to stay comfortably. Will come back again.

The room was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the public barbecues and the heated pool, both of which were great highlights of our stay. Car parking was also very convenient, which made things easy throughout our visit. Location-wise, we would consider staying somewhere closer to Noosa National Park next time for easier access to nature. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return. One suggestion for management: the housekeeping policy feels a bit unbalanced. Guests staying one to four nights all receive the same level of service, with housekeeping only provided from day five onward. We think shorter stays deserve the same consideration, and adjusting this policy would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
