UUlla NurmenniemiI booked three nights for two persons with breakfast. Location is excellent and room is nice with sauna. BUT restaurant is closed, and NO BREAKFAST although paid for all the mornings. Hotel didn't arrange anything to eat in the morning. How bad service is that!! In addition it's spa hotel and swimming pool and saunas were closed. Quite a disappointment. On my opinion hotel staff should use a little imagination and innovative solutions to serve customers better. I guess they never heard about good service.

Aapplezhang0320Satisfied, the breakfast is rich, by the river, it is snowing. Although the wifi is connected, it still can't come to the Internet.
