Great
TTraveling TanWe enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa near Naples. The breakfast buffet and fantastic amenities truly enhanced our experience. The resort fee of $82, though, caught us off guard upon checkout. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be keen to revisit the hotel in the future. The overall comfort, along with the excellent services, makes it a destination worth returning to.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! Rooms are very spacious and accommodating! Stove top and dishwasher so no need to eat out if you don't want to. Its conveniently located smack dab right in the middle of so many major shops and stores! Close to downtown Ft. Myers, makes it an awesome getaway!
FFeixiangzaifeixiangWe passed by on a self-driving trip and only stayed one night. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment are all good, as long as the front desk is not satisfied. We arrived late, around 8pm. We booked two rooms with two names. The gentleman at the front desk said the order was for one room. Go over there and contact your agent. Talk to him in a polite tone. Very uncomfortable. Although the problem was later solved and it was a misunderstanding, we were still not happy. During this trip, we booked more than a dozen hotels in the same way, and only this one had this problem.
GGuest UserOur family's stay at this hotel was exactly as we hoped. The friendly and professional lobby staff member answered all our questions wonderfully. We found our room to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the expected essentials for the price. The delicious breakfast and the helpful staff maintaining the area made it a great start to our days. We are very happy and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!
GGuest UserTween Waters is a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from our balcony was spectacular. They have several restaurants on the property with a wide assortment of choices. They were always packed, so I recommend making reservations ahead of time. The foor was good, not great but their drinks were exceptional. The service was OK, a little slow, but the servers were friendly. The beach was across the street and we got many pictures of beautiful sunsets. They have a 2 hour conplimentary use of some kayaks. You need to sign up for them at the little blue shack at the marina. The kayaks need a lot of TLC. I guess that is what to expect from sometning that is free. The pools were beautiful and clean. So were the hot tubs.
GGuest UserBeing unfamiliar with Ft Myers’s Beach, I researched a 2 night stay carefully. The rates at Lani Kai were favorable, even though it is family owned, we took a chance. It is an older hotel, but has been updated since hurricane Ian. The glider swings on beach and rooftop levels were very nice to sit and enjoy a beverage. The beach is pristine and directly behind the hotel. We enjoyed an anniversary dinner at the sundeck restaurant Island View, and it was an amazing meal. We were both very satisfied. Our room was clean. We don’t travel much, this was a quick getaway and enjoyed it. Other than 2 days of torrential downpours, typical Florida Spring weather, we enjoyed our stay. 4 stars for facility because the tunnel to the beach is quite dark and the elevators could also be updated.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, with shampoo and shower gel provided. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. The gym was small, but fine for two people. The continental breakfast was quite good. We only stayed one night at the hotel, so everything was fine.
BBrianna WiesnerWhen we arrived at the hotel, we told them it was our 10 year anniversary. They gave us vouchers for the breakfast buffet the entire time we were there, and a discount at the spa. They also sent up chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and a lovely note Wishing us a happy anniversary. There was so much to do at the resort that we decided not to leave the property entire weekend.
SSarahThere are many hotels around, which are of average to medium quality, cost-effective, semi-self-service at check-in, remote service, simple breakfast, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old. The dryer is broken.
GGuest UserThis place was GREAT. The location was fantastic and so close to the causeway and sanibel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was unreal and the hot tub was nice too. They even come in daily to freshen your room which I haven’t seen since Covid became the excuse for less service for the same money. I didn’t see a bug anywhere. I’d stay here again without question.
