"Stayed at Townhouse on Bedford and unfortunately it was a pretty bad experience. The location in Bedford is nice and convenient, and the price was cheap, which is why we booked it in the first place. That said, even for a budget place this wasn’t acceptable. The bedding didn’t seem properly cleaned, there was old trash left in the trash can when we arrived, and the whole room felt dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was no hot water during the stay, which made basic things like showering really frustrating. I wasn’t expecting luxury at this price point, but basic cleanliness and working hot water shouldn’t be too much to ask. I wouldn’t stay here again."
