Marriott Hotels in Beijing

The human touch here is simply outstanding. We stayed for three days, and my brother unfortunately got sick with an upset stomach and had to be hospitalized. The entire staff was incredibly caring, constantly checking in on his condition. They went above and beyond, helping us arrange transportation and coordinating with the hospital. They even prepared special meals for my brother that he could eat and brought them directly to our room. The hotel itself has an old-fashioned vibe, but it's well-maintained and still going strong.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again! Our room was a massive hit with our toddler, and we really enjoyed the facilities. The hot springs were clean and lovely, and the little touches like the candyfloss machine and vending machines in the lobby were such a fun bonus. The staff were a real highlight — everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only area for improvement would be paying a little more attention to the finer details when preparing and servicing the rooms. We didn’t have a towel for our child, and this wasn’t replenished the following day. The minibar and bathroom amenities were also not fully restocked despite being included in our package. Similarly, at breakfast, the cutlery on the tables wasn’t always replenished, so we sometimes had to look for it ourselves. These small details make a big difference, particularly when paying a premium for the stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would still happily give our stay 10/10. We’d definitely stay again and look forward to coming back!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel features a modern and innovative design and opened just this year. Despite that, there was no unpleasant smell in the room, and it even came equipped with an air purifier. The housekeeping was top-notch. A big thank you to Hanhan at the front desk for upgrading my room for free. The one-on-one service was fantastic, and they did their utmost to help with anything I needed. The overall experience was simply wonderful 👍. Flora at the front desk was also very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was lavish with a great variety of options. Right across the street is the Beichen Hui shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. It's also an ideal choice if you're coming for the tennis tournament—see you at the China Open in 2027!

I used to always stay at the Aloft when I came to Huairou. The newly opened Marriott is a bit more upscale than the Aloft in terms of facilities, with larger rooms and better in-room amenities. The only flaw was that there was still a slight smell of renovation in the room, and while we used an air purifier, the effect wasn't very noticeable. It might get better over time, just like how the Aloft also had a renovation smell at first but is much better now. The hotel provided a lot of free snacks and drinks. We chose the package that included dinner for both days, and the overall quality was good. The highlight of the buffet was the desserts; the cakes, waffles, and freshly baked mooncakes were all great. Even someone like me, who usually doesn't eat much dessert, couldn't resist having a lot. The service was very proactive. Ms. Corrine Zhang at the front desk proactively added me on WeChat, acting as a concierge, and helped a lot. On the first day, we were late due to traffic, and she helped pack our complimentary dinner. On the last day, because my child was playing nearby and wanted to rest at noon, she arranged for a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel with great value for money in Huairou. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
