Mercure Properties in Beijing

Right next to Sanlitun and Workers' Stadium, it's super convenient to walk to trendy brand stores and food streets, and the subway is also nearby. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, and there's a Nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options – so much to choose from, and they even had peanut butter! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a gym and laundry room that are both very convenient.

I guess you could say I'm a regular at the Mercure Beijing Downtown. The hotel's location is super convenient, with everything you need nearby. It's not far from Line 14 and right next to Hopson One, so eating and shopping are a breeze. The service, as always, is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy – I always get a great night's sleep. Plus, the hotel breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options and tasty food 👍🏻. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Beijing!

I booked a standard double room, and the hotel upgraded it to a deluxe double bed for free when I checked in. The experience was good. The room was clean and tidy. I asked the front desk for a power strip and it was quickly delivered to the room. The service was very considerate. When I went to inquire about the fitness facilities, the staff said that I needed to go through the sunny lobby and swipe the room card to the first floor, and exchange the room card for a wristband. Seeing that I was a little confused, the staff member Ms. Ma personally took me to see it again. Thank you very much.

They offered hot drinks at the front desk, fresh fruit daily, and even a small parting gift when we left – a lovely touch. The washing machine was large and clean, which was a huge plus for me. The building itself is very unique and charming. It's also conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to Tiananmen Square, and Dashilar is nearby, so you'll have no trouble finding food and drinks. Cons: As it's a renovation of a hundred-year-old house on a main, prime location, the rooms are quite small. You'll need to plan your luggage carefully to keep the room from feeling cramped. Getting a taxi was a bit of a challenge; drivers often said they didn't want to come to this area due to heavy traffic. However, we adapted later on, and it was fine!

The room was excellent. The hotel is nestled in a park, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. Getting to Anzhen Hospital's Tongzhou campus is super convenient, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride costing about 10-20 RMB. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; when my initial room had a faint smoke smell upon check-in, they promptly upgraded me to a new room. I've already extended my stay without hesitation.

The location is incredibly convenient! The room was very clean and tidy! The service was excellent! The breakfast was perfect for my southern Chinese palate! It's very close to the subway station, less than 300 meters away, and very quiet! Food delivery services are readily available! It's also very close to the China World Trade Center, and Universal Studios is directly accessible by subway! The National Expo Center is a 45-minute ride away! Booking this hotel was a pleasant surprise!

This Mercure hotel was perfectly located for attending a concert at Beijing's Bird's Nest. It's a newly renovated hotel, and it's spotlessly clean, as expected. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, living up to the great impression Mercure hotels have always given me. The bathroom had both a handheld shower and a rain shower, and the smart toilet was also very convenient. Both the Bird's Nest and Siji Minfu (Hepingli branch) were just a ten-minute taxi ride away, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent front reception staff not one but all of them - very Satisfied with the service and room birch and spacious , nice breakfast with the effort to change dishes everyday - very considerate and well trained staff in Mercure .
