Mercure Hotels in Beijing

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff, especially one of the ladies, was incredibly helpful. She let us store our luggage when we arrived early and even called us when it started raining in the afternoon, offering to pick us up with an umbrella. They also granted us a late check-out. A truly great hotel experience! Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is convenient, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's not far from CCTV Tower, China World Trade Center, Sanlitun, and even Pop Mart Land, making it easy to get around by subway or taxi. The rooms are quiet, and the delivery robot brings food right to your door. The staff are also incredibly friendly and polite; they always greet you when you see them. They were very patient and helpful when we wanted to view the room beforehand, and there's always someone at the lobby entrance to help open the door. All in all, it exceeded my expectations! Thumbs up!

The hotel is located in a new neighborhood close to a metro station. The room is spacious and clean, but the lighting is very poor. There is a stove in the room, but no kitchen utensils or cookware for preparing meals. Breakfast is included, but the selection is quite limited, consisting mainly of eggs, pastries, rice, and fruits

The overall stay at Mercure Beijing Qianmen was excellent! The ancient courtyard's ambiance was captivating, and the guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, completely spotless and odor-free. The bedding and bathroom facilities were neat and comfortable, with all amenities being comprehensive and functional. The front desk staff were warm and patient, making the check-in process efficient and smooth, and their service was thoughtful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located next to Tiananmen Square, making travel and sightseeing incredibly easy. The dual-choice breakfast was also quite unique. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Beijing!

The room was generally clean and beautiful, and the hotel felt very new. There was a lovely fragrance as soon as I entered the room. The soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet. The lobby decor was also beautiful. However, the only minor flaw was that the table in the room wasn't wiped clean, though other areas were spotless. On the bright side, the robot delivery service for items was incredibly fast, the quickest I've experienced in any hotel, and they had everything you could need.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Beijing Downtown. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a good gym and excellent facilities. One of the highlights for us was the laundry area, with very good washing machines and dryers. This was extremely convenient during our trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. The staff were also very helpful and flexible. They kindly allowed us some flexibility with our check-out time, which made a big difference for us and was greatly appreciated. Another very special touch was that our son celebrated his birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised him with a birthday cake and a lovely child-friendly decoration. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable for our family. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and it had a beautiful enclosed glass balcony, something we had never seen in any other hotel before. It made the room feel even more special and was one of our favorite features. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Beijing. The service, facilities, comfort, and thoughtful attention from the staff made our stay truly special.

My stay at Mercure Beijing Chaoyang Panjiayuan was absolutely amazing! The hotel's design boasts a French light-luxury style, with an elegant and refined lobby that truly sets a fantastic ambiance. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Panjiayuan subway station and the antique market, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The room itself was spotless and tidy, featuring a smart home system and comfortable bedding, with attention to quality evident in every detail. The soundproofing was also excellent. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and provided thoughtful service. This is a highly recommended hotel with great value for money that I'd definitely want to visit again!

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since it's a newly opened hotel, their operations were a bit unfamiliar, but their attitude was excellent. Thumbs up to the guy at the front desk! The hotel's breakfast was very rich, and it ended quite late. The auntie making the noodles was very friendly, and the dining area was spacious. The gym has treadmills and ellipticals, so you can do cardio. I'd also like to offer a suggestion: during breakfast, I noticed many staff members standing around watching guests eat. Perhaps it would be better if they maintained a bit more distance.

I had a very satisfying stay at the Mercure Hotel Beijing South Railway Station. The hotel is very close to Beijing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for catching trains. The room decor was cozy, and the cleaning was meticulous. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept really well. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the coffee was good too. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even proactively helped me call a taxi. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely come back again~

The hotel's location is great. The room was a bit small, but the overall environment was decent. For a hotel in Beijing at this price, I think it's quite reliable. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast was good. I'd recommend it.
